Peter called soon after we received the online estimate, we made a date to review our home. Peter was a great help on pointing out things that would need to be done to maximize the price of our home. Peter also had a number of good repair people that could help with any repairs needed. We did use one of his painters who did a great job. We have had seven homes and are not new to buying or selling, saying that the amount of realtors we have dealt with was not always good and a few times bad. Peter on the other hand was very honest, answered all my questions or got an answer on anything he was not sure of .
