Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. After my husband passed away, I found the need and desire to purchase a smaller home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors and then I was fortunate to be introduced to James Peterson. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.

It was a bit hectic and perhaps even traumatic to leave the beautiful home that my husband and I built in the San Francisco Bay Area --- leaning on James during this transition sure made it a lot less stressful to say the least! James was there for ME!! He was always calm and listened to my every request.
