I’ve lived at a Picerne property in the past, and getting ready to move into another tomorrow! Picerne is a great family owned business who show through their work that they truly care about their clientele. The staff that I’ve encountered are always very friendly and ready to help in any way! The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because I love the location of my apartment at Reggatta Point. However, upon moving in, the air conditioning wasnt working, our shower drains were clogged, shower heads were missing, there was nail polish stain all inside a bathroom drawer, keys don't work in any of the facilities and we have called about all these problems multiple times and only half have been fixed and I've lived in this apartment for 3 months now. The worst part about this company is they make you mail in your rent check or drive all the way out to their office every month to give it to them. I'm sorry but most people live paycheck to paycheck so they can't have it mailed by the 3rd nor do I have the time to drive 25 mins out of my way to their office every month. There's a reason we have advanced technology and majority of companies have the ability to pay rent online so I'm not sure why this can't be done. I mailed my check in last momth and the mail man took it to the wrong office but I didn't know till it was mailed back to me because the office staff didn't bother to send me a notification that they haven't recieved my rent. For how over priced my apartment is, I would stowaway like a decent service and I wouldn't recommend this relestate group for anyone in the future.
