In a matter of a week, Cindy had our applications completed and was tentative and helpful every step of the way. Absolutely do not rent from them. They do not care. Had so many instances where the absolute bare minimum has been done and getting them to do anything is like pulling teeth. I don’t even know how they still have clients. If you want your property actually managed, look elsewhere.

He is good to the owners, good to the tenants, and takes care of everything competently so I as an owner don't have to do anything. Plus I'm kept constantly informed. He studies each rental market before setting a price and works hard to find a renter. .

As a landlord myself I do not give this rating lightly. My wife and I own an apartment and understand things go wrong sometimes and it is completely out of your control. With that being said, we rented a property from the Piermans' for one year and it was the worst quality of living space we have ever endured. I understand that they couldn't have controlled how bad the plumbing issues were in our house but we were more than patient and were sympathetic. There were many times that our tub was filled with sewage and we would have to drive down the street to In'n'Out or WholeFoods to use the restroom, couldn't wash the dishes, and obviously couldn't bathe. They would take days sometimes before sending out the plumber and this happened over and over again. The worst thing was in the end we spent days cleaning the house and actually had 5 people helping us clean and restore the apartment and they still took a huge chunk out of our security deposit. We could have reported the home to the City Health Inspector and could have withheld our rent legally until it was fixed BUT we kept paying 100% on time feeling bad for the position they were in. These people are definitely professional but not friendly, not caring, and will be merciless. Be sure to photo exactly how the property condition is before you move in so that they don't charge you for a professional cleaning service. I consider myself a pretty non confrontational person and am definitely not one to give a company a one star rating lightly yet these guys deserve it in my opinion.
