I just finished my tour and I loved it!

Tyler, who showed me around, was super friendly right from the start. He introduced me to the rest of the team, and everyone was really nice.

I love the location since it's only a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by awesome shops and places to eat. The walkability there is a huge plus for me. They've also got some really great amenities and Insane views.

If there were a Zero Score, I would have happily handed it. Aside from the rowdy tenants, the rudeness from management, the one thing that sticks in my mind is first time I spoke with management regarding increasing my rent 10% in the middle of Covid. As I fought with Greystar and the girl , Tente, is her name, her response was this , “do you have any idea how much of a loss Greystar has suffered since Covid?” I am a healthcare professional for over 30 years and could not believe the callousness. My response was not polite. How many people lost their lives, family members and their homes/jobs in that pandemic?! Pleases the place is pretty but it’s a trap. Since I’ve left just recently the rent for my 700 square foot apt has gone from 2800 to 3600 a month. Don’t be fooled

BEWARE. Yes the location is great but the company that manages it is no good. We were asked if we could move out early for next tenant and we did a week early to be courteous, they sent us our final bill and we paid it.

Almost 2 YEARS later we receive a notice from collections about a balance with a couple random and very weird fees claiming “cleaning fees.” Reach out and email and get NO response. Then get ahold of them On the phone they tell us to call collections agency and tell them it’s a mistake so they can release us and they tell us what we already know that the management is the one who has to release it. They just stop responding and total screw us over. Maybe trying to make some end of year cash? Very shady. Be careful

Attempted to tour this property and was promptly dismissed. Rental agent appeared bothered by our interest and only offered a brochure at my request. We were not allowed to enter the leasing office as the agent instructed us to remain in the doorway. I’m sure that there are many people that are tourists and not truly interested. However exceptional customer service should always be a priority.

Beautiful apartments inside and out. Staff at the leasing office is amazing! They are real professionals. Melissa, Clancy and Amanda are incredible representatives for this beautiful property. Urban living at its best. Love the high energy environment contrasting seamlessly with the quiet active beach scene. I was worried about the train tracks being so close but the apartments are will insulated for noise. The amenities are abundant, large spa, well appointed pool deck, high end feeling throughout the grounds and the clubhouse and fitness center.

I’m going to update my review because Barbara, Heather and Tyler have been incredibly kind to me. There are some flaws (which every apartment has) but they have taken such good care of me, especially in the last few weeks. With COVID-19 making things so much harder it is nice to know you can relax in your home without worry. They go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and stress free.

The customer service is better than most places and that is hands down the most important part of an apartment complex.

AVOID GREY STAR PROPERTIES AT ALL COST!!!
Pierside apartments are extremely nice. lt an OK place to live until you have to move out. Lots of hidden fees and cost associated. We were assessed almost a $1000 due to poor management and bookkeeping. This is a systemic issue with Grey Star. The amenities are amazing and the leasing agents are wonderful. On sight management is a joke, inept at best. If you want a quiet place to live and relax, keep looking. The trains runs all day everyday. The noise is excessive!

Melissa, Clancy and Amanda have been very kind and helpful. Greystar has a great team at Pierside. We have had a great experience. The apartments are spectacular. The community is warm and friendly. This is right by the train tracks but the insulation keeps the noise down well. We have had a great experience so far.
