Constant changes to property manager positions but maintenance team is always pleasant. They are still trying to figure out a structure and hopefully with their new management team things will be for the better. Always had issues with the billing and the extra charges that were listed but I just paid and made sure to leave with everything taken care of and never go back. Always check your billing statements. They had previously misplaced my check and were eager to send out eviction notices after 48 hours. The apartments itself are spacious and I enjoyed my rental property for 1.5 years that I stayed. Couldn't stay much longer due to poor management. Good Luck to you all!

My family and I filled out the forms; when filling out the forms, we were charged not only for the forms, but also for the deposit as a mandatory payment. They promised that if our forms were not confirmed, the deposit would be returned. A week later they refused us and after more than two months we still haven’t got our deposit back, I only hear promises from them. The apartments themselves are beautiful and polite staff greeted us at the entrance, but our problem was not resolved. They withdrew the money in two minutes and when I asked to return it, they didn’t have my information, after many calls and many personal visits to the office, there was nothing they could do.

Pilchuck Village apartments staff is top notch. Ellen always responds even when it's her day off. Tawny and all the staff are exceptional.
The apartments and amenities are great. We feel safe here in our little community.
My dog loves the dog park! Great area with new businesses going up. Can’t say enough about the apartments, Ellen and staff.

The Dirty Paws grand opening was very wonderful and classy. The host was very resourceful and answered all my questions. I'm really excited to bring my golden retriever to Dirty Paws weekly. It's a blessing that I no longer have to give her a bath in the bath tub. Jasmine really enjoyed her first bath at Dirty Paws. Thank you very much Pilchuck Village!

I’ve lived at Pillchuck for about 14 months now. Tawny and Ellen made the moving process so easy. I’ve lived in apartments where you can really tell that the managers don’t care about their tenants. This is not the case, or was not the case, for Pillchuck. Ellen and Tawny are the most caring, understanding, and positive apartment managers. If I had a problem, all I would have to do was raise my hand, and they would do whatever they could to make sure to fix it and make me feel like a valuable tenant. For example, I had multiple issues with the person who parked next to me, and they were more than understanding and were able to move my spot.

Last week they decided to let go of Ellen without warning over something absolutely ridiculous, showing that they do not care about their residents. Ellen was one of the major reasons why we loved this complex. Knowing that’s how they treat a manager who went above and beyond for their residents is a pretty good example of how they treat their residents. That being said, the first couple of months we lived here, they probably entered our apartment at least 15 times and only gave us the warning that we would have people entering our unit from 8 am to 6 pm. Our power would be off for the majority of the day at least a couple of days. Over the last 14 months, we would have days where they would turn our internet off, change the internet, change our doors, change our fobs, change the days that they would need to enter our units, and it was just all very inconsistent with little to no notice. My husband works from home, so you can imagine how great it is to not be able to work for like three weeks.

Also, there’s not enough room for residents to park, and now we are being charged for the electricity and garbage bills for the two salons they are building on the first floor. We were also told that restaurants were going to be leased in the storefronts, which made this apartment complex very appealing. Instead, we get two salons. Additionally, residents who didn’t get lucky enough to get a parking spot in the complex get to park in the abandoned Haggen's parking lot, where apparently gas is being siphoned from their cars.
UPDATE: they are now charging everyone a crazy amount in utilities for OTHER PEOPLE throwing trash into the recycling and are not doing anything to fix this. Things are getting worse by the minute.

Not to mention the rent is extremely expensive for what you get.

All in all, this place was great but now with Ellen gone, everything definitely has gone downhill. Unsure about renewing our lease with all of these horrible changes.

I’ve lived here for over a year, Don’t get me wrong in the beginning everything was really nice. But four months until my lease ended, it started all going downhill for me and they were up charging rent without us, knowing and charging utilities and the water sewage garbage bill without us, knowing. So we are now paying double in bills through them without a warning anything was going to go up. Don’t get me wrong I like all of their amenities but Nickel and dime for every little thing

This place was nice at first I’ve been here almost a year and there are so many stains in the hallway from people letting there dogs use it as a bathroom and not cleaning up along with the shared balcony always animals using it as a bathroom. The parking is a fight they didn’t have enough payed parking space and I have to park my 20,000 dollar truck on the side of the road where there are no cameras and have been reportings of vehicle break ins.

Very welcoming and thoughtful place that offer a great selection of amenities to the community. Great staff from the leasing office down to the maintenance man.

-Update 3/20/24

The decision to sack Ellen from the managerial position just doesn’t sit right with me. Someone who went completely out of their way to help me with any issue I had even way past her office hours. She was always on it and made sure to hold a conversation with me any time she passed by me. She always remembered the small details and asked me about it all the time and those are the things that made living here worth it. With that gone I just don’t know how I can renew.
