The house we rented was clearly not cleaned before hand. It was absolutely disgusting and dirty. Urine stains on the toilet. Dust and spiderwebs everywhere. Dishes were dirty as well as the fridge. The grill outside was disgustingly dirty. Called to complain and they did nothing about it. Had to clean the whole house before settling in. Unacceptable!

Senile woman, doesn't know what she's doing.
She should just stay home and bake cookies rather than to pretend to be running a business.
Very disorganized, website not up to date, paper work is a mess, addresses and keys on properties all mixed up... BTW most properties are crap.
Go with any other of the agencies at Pine Mountain Club, they are much much better.
