The family property was put up for sale on the Wisconsin River. Pictures were taken with blinds and curtains half open, furniture was
not staged . The listing stated what a beautiful view of the river you'd have from the front porch, but never showed the view from the porch . Listed the wrong type of sewer system for the property. Did not put a for sale sign on the pier for boaters' view. Property sold because of its good bones and upkeep .

Superbly outstanding!
Kathy worked with me for years waiting for my perfect place to become available. I lost count on how many I looked at, but any time I found one she always got me in right away. I loved how knowledgeable she was about each one and provided honest feedback. She never pushed to just make a sale. She wanted to make sure you had all the facts to make am informed decision.
The right one finally came around last winter but due to the condition there were many special circumstances that she navigated through seamlessly. She made so many calls and has so many contacts that she was able b to set things up on my behalf. She made something so daunting seem like child's play.
