Lived here for 1 year and did not like it what so ever management is so bad , and place is filled with roaches no matter how many times they spray , every since crystal left everything went bad . If i cud give zero stars i would .

I just moved in. Crystal is so helpful, she walked me through every single detail of our move in process and is very responsive to needs/questions. Also just a great personality overall and makes me feel super comfortable to talk to her. Also, the other tenants seem super friendly and this complex feels very family oriented and it's so quiet at night. The property is kept really clean, and D (the maintenance personnel) is very on top of service request. I always see him running around doing his thing as soon as they open to when they close, and he was very helpful with getting my stuff taken care of when I needed some things looked at!

Been living here for almost 3 years and never had problem with washing my cloth, especially weekdays. Every since new management i feel like they give less care about the facilities. Literally 3 week passed and only 1 dry and washer working. Cant believe i have to go out to the laundromat to do my cloth so ridiculous. Even sent out paper wanting "personal stuff" off the patio. I pay for the apartment so i should be able to set my stuff outside of how i want.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Worst place in the WORLD I hope everyone gets out and it gets condemned. Probably one of the scariest and most dangerous places to live as well. Cars always getting broken into and tires being slashed. Management does absolutely nothing about it either except tow your car away if it's not perfect!!! People steal off your porch even if it's recycling!! There is a HUGE RAT AND ROACH PROBLEM to where people are killing things themselves saw a guy throw a shoe at a rat and killed it outside under the stairs areas. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. They let actually drug dealers live there and not like weed like actual meth and coke. Parties all night and nothing security or the actual cops can do about it. Either avoid the area all together or don't let your children out of our sight. Management will NEVER care about you, your thoughts, or your things. They get their friends to leave them 5 star reviews to help combat how horrid they are. MANAGEMENT will also try to steal your money and file a lawsuit against you JUST to be THAT kind of awful person and place.

Been living here for going on 5 years and absolutely love it. It's quite here. Tenants are friendly, BUT the new manager is so nosey she peaked her head in my back balcony well I was sitting outside what happened to our Privacy Rights ? Summer is very well missed here at pinewood apartments as a manger she always did what a Manger is supposed to do make sure her tenants were safe with security and stood on top of her maintenance request and Always doing Raffles, give aways and haves a beautiful spirit full of joy always with a smile... Horrible management. New Manager Summer is very rude and doesn’t listen to any concerns, she speaks over you. I addressed my concerns many times to her, and nothing gets done. I have been living here for overly more than 6 years, and I will be putting in my notices soon! A lot of the new tenants coming aboard is super unfriendly and has no respect.
So much activity that goes on here at night, people breaking in cars. Homeless walking into the apartment complex because the gate door is always jammed. When call security, they will not do anything about it because of COVID. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Miss the old management(Gaby). She was a bit rude sometimes, but she listen and address the problems.

I have been looking for an apartment for a few months, and I have had little to no luck. Majority of the people I’ve spoke with were extremely rude and not helpful, but Summer was beyond awesome and explained to me the qualifications and walked me through the application process. She definitely deserves five stars for her customer service skills! Much appreciated.
