As a senior, with some of the challenges aging brings, I want to express the unmatched kindness, details and follow-up information provided by Brittaney! It was so very apparent she genuinely cared. As life with my current mobility challenge begins to feel more manageable and routine, Brittaney will be my only phone call for relocation. Five stars should be 500 for this lovely manager.

Honestly a good apartment complex and they take things seriously. Move in was super easy and straightforward. Super accommodating and very willing to help you understand everything.

Gotta say though, I'm moving in with my partner at another complex, that is managed by Thrive instead. (Pinewood being managed by Epic). Holy crap. Do not move to any place that is managed by Thrive. They make move-in a living hell, nickel and diming you at any chance they get after a lease is signed.

Thanks Pinewood, no real complaints. Gonna miss this complex

Use to like it living here. But with the new management things have change a lot the guy that works in the office is super rude and snarky and not helpful we are the customer living there and instead of being helpful he’s very rude moving soon!

This is definitely by far the best run apartment complex I’ve at the experience to live in a very long time. Extremely knowledgeable staff, management and maintenance staff. Very quiet and respectful neighbors. Plenty of parking for the residents. I love how management is on top of everything. Lighting is always working properly, trash removal is handled in a timely manner and maintenance staff is always cleaning up when trash is outside of the dumpsters. (Usually the recycling). Lots of space for children to play, area for bbq and dog areas (2). Best place to live and raise a family. 10/10. Lastly, very spacious apartments, clean grounds and security is always rising around 24 hours. What more can I say. The workout room and sauna along with parcel service is amazing. Love it. Lastly, the lawn care is good as well. Top notch hats off to the community and staff for caring so much to make sure we are safe and respected. Great mixture of community residents as well. Thanks so much and definitely appreciate each of you who work so hard to make this place a place we call our home. Thanks 🙏🏼 💐❤️

I have lived in these apartments for almost 5 years and have loved my experience! The front desk ladies are very kind and polite and ready to answer any questions. Our maintenance staff is amazing very professional when coming into our home and fixing things up no problem! I am raising 3 kids here and we enjoy our community very much!

Ive had some nightmare properties so I was really happy that Pinewood Square was run properly. The management staff is friendly and responds promptly - shout out to Nadia. The units are great for the price and parking is assigned which is really nice. They are a great place if you have dogs since it's a larger complex with walking paths throughout. W/D in unit and the closet space was also a huge plus. I had some specific circumstances affecting my lease and Nadia was willing to work with me which was really great.

When I signed the 1 bed was cheaper than the studio so id advise anyone to check both prices.

Only thing I would say is they charge everyone for a carpet cleaning fee upon move out. It is illegal in the state of Washington to charge for carpet cleaning when it constitutes normal wear and tear and not damage. It even says it in the lease (see below snippet). Everyone should ask for their money back. They gave it back to me without issues but they definitely shouldn't do this hoping you don't catch it. I still think this is a fabulous place to rent regardless just a good thing to know.

"At move-out, Tenant will be responsible for any additional costs in preparing the Unit for the next tenant as a
result of Occupants’ animals, including but not limited to, carpet shampooing and defleaing the Unit. While Tenant will be responsible for these additional costs, Landlord will not deduct these costs from Tenant’s security deposit if the costs constitute normal wear and tear."

Easy move in process- timely response for any questions via email or phone. Office staff is professional and the grounds are well kept. Maintenance is great- same day visit. Slight issue with electric outlets but being f/u on quickly which is appreciated. Spacious living room and good counter space for the kitchen. Nadia is superb and makes things so easy!
