I have engaged a few property managers in the past for my rental property. And have encountered horrible tenants where the damage and repair needed literally offset the income from the rental income. When the property manager decided to terminate his service, I started searching for a new property manager. New alternatives such as Doorstead, Belong, etc are available. After some interviewing and research, I decided to engage Gina representing Pinnacle Property Group. Besides credit history, credit score, etc, there is X-factor when interviewing prospective tenants. Gina has that X-factor. She is meticulous and is excellent in her follow-up. Some property management companies are either pro-landlords or pro-tenants. So far, she has been fair. She has been my property manager for over a year and I have been happy with her and Pinnacle Property Group. I have moved out of my primary residence and have already engaged her to manage this! I highly recommend Gina and Pinnacle Property Group!

Lots of companies have promised to make me a priority and look out for my best interests. Gina is the first property manager I've found who actually follows through. She is professional, friendly, and knows the business so well that she's able to give me consistently great advice and guidance. She's responsive to me and my tenants, communicates proactively, and really pays attention to the details that can make or break an owner/tenant relationship. And speaking of tenants... Over and over she finds me fantastic, reliable tenants and she always treats them just as good (and sometimes better) than I would.

She works with her husband who has been able to help provide advice on repairs or can do the repairs himself. I went to apply for this apartment Glen Oaks in Hayward Apparently, there is some major changes. It was SO HARD to speak to someone after applying,giving over $200 and being denied the same day of applying.And I spoke to some tenants and they told me that thier mail boxes had been broken in SEVERAL TIMES and another tenant that was actually moving out told and me, its a tow truck that comes in that GATED community, and if he THINKS a vehicle isn't parked where it supposed to be...he is towing it! And that I found odd because I saw a run down, non working vehicle in a parking stall and you would think that would of been the 1st to GO! They have two temporary employee's working in the office with LIMITED access to anything and when I was there, it was a LINE of people waiting! Stay away from this Property company FAR AWAY!
