I have recently purchased a multi family unit and worked with Chad and his team to rent it out. I have known Chad previously from his time in high tech and remembered him as a particularly efficient, kind and responsive manager. As they say, people don't change. Chad has changed his lien of work but is still the solid, dependable, high integrity person and am glad to see him inculcate the same attributes in members of his staff. All of my dealings have been very clean and the team super responsive. They were able to get all the units rented in a relatively tough rental market. Overall I couldn't recommend this company highly enough! They will be partners for all my property management needs.

We have been very happy with the services from Pintail. We signed our contract to manage our townhouse in San Jose in early 2021. We had used Chad to find us a tenant a few years earlier and he did a great job in finding tenants. But they moved on and my wife and I are getting older and we just decided that the work involved in finding good new tenants and taking care of many small and large projects was becoming more than we wanted to handle. Pintail found new tenants again and has been managing ever since. We feel they are providing good value to us and we are happy not to be making numerous 50 mile round trips to take care of problems.
