Very rude women working in the office. Huge turn over and it seems like each new one they hire get more and more rude. Very unhelpful ladies. It gets even worse as you go to the higher ups. If you don’t know how to work with people and do not have an empathy and the capability of being understanding when dealing with people’s homes. You should find a new job. Overall would not recommend living here it will be full of head, hidden fees and a overall nightmare. I have hated living in these apartments ever since avenue 5 has taken over. You people should be ashamed of the way you treat people.

Cheaply made, Roach infestation. The crowning on the walls isn’t fully staple gunned into the wall so there are cracks and drafts everywhere. ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES! They will raise your rent and add on random fees towards the end of your lease . I assume it’s for the extra roaches your housing in your apartment against your will. Let’s not even get into the fact that there is MOLD WITHIN BOTH AIR CONDITIONERS! HOW IS THIS PLACE SO FILTHY UPON MOVE IN I think the “cleaning company” that is supposed to come here before move in is just the two matience men that “work” here. They just drive around in a golf cart with a ladder all day doing a whole bunch of nothing… because they sure as hell aren't maintaining a damn thing within these units .MGT only cares about getting a renter to the lease signing stage and once they get your money…. They will turn a blind eye and not fix the actual problems like the noise, dirty patios, poop in the grass if the grass isn’t dead or dirt already, and the roaches. They will just add you to the list of people they can exploit with extra charges and fees. Pioneer Meadows might as well bulldoze everything ,fire everyone, and start over. These apartments are NOT worth the money AT ALL! You have a better chance going ANYWHERE ELSE. Save yourself the time and headache.

Pioneer meadow has raised there prices of rent every year i have been here. They are above fair rental pricing, for a 2 bed 2 bath room they are asking for$1,683.per month. Over priced.my lease was for the last 2 years at $1,326.per month. Ridiculous

I am very impressed with the management and maintenance staff at this community. Staff here embrace, and are committed to high quality standards, while going above and beyond their standard jobs. Consistency, clean community, kindness, prompt and knowledgeable responsiveness, quality care/work - with a smile.

Our experience so far has been great. Kar showed us an apartment and even stayed over time to make sure we got to see it, she has made us feel right at home. The club house, pool and workout room are very nice and accommodating. The apartment are spacious and clean.

I had the unfortunate experience of living at Pioneer Meadow Apartments, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others considering renting here. In short, I strongly advise against it.

Management is Horrible: Dealing with the management at Pioneer Meadow Apartments was an ongoing nightmare. They were consistently unresponsive to our concerns and requests. It often felt like they simply did not care about their tenants' well-being or comfort.

Hidden Fees: What's worse, there were hidden fees that we only discovered after moving in. These extra costs added up quickly, making our rent much higher than initially advertised. It was a frustrating and dishonest practice that left a sour taste in our mouths.

In summary, my experience at Pioneer Meadow Apartments was marred by terrible management, and hidden fees. I strongly urge anyone considering renting here to look elsewhere for a more honest and tenant-friendly living situation. It's essential to find a place where your concerns are taken seriously, and you're not constantly met with frustration and disappointment.

Update: I have lived here for 8 months now, but I have to move out because of the cigarette smoke. If you are sensitive to smoke like me, you should know that residents are allowed to smoke on their porches/balconies and inside their units. I have a neighbor who smokes in their unit, and the smell fills my apartment. I can’t air it out because there’s smoke outside too! You might get lucky and not have any smoking neighbors, but I have at least 3 in my building. Other than the smoke, the apartment has been good! The staff are friendly, the neighborhood is nice, people walk their cute dogs. I just need to get away from the smoke.

Original Review (4-stars): Nice apartments! So glad they allow pets! Maintenance is great—if there’s a problem, they get back to you right away. My water heater broke, and they fixed it within 24hrs! All the staff are really friendly. It’s a good location too—so close to shopping and grocery stores! I would definitely recommend Pioneer Meadows 🙂

This David Patterson has been actually living at Pioneer Meadows for 1.5 years. The staff has always been really nice and always helpful. Office staff are always cheerful and the maintenance staff ready to help at a moments notice. All of my neighbors are super friendly and I rarely hear a peep. My experience at Pioneer Meadows has been excellent and have no problem recommending. Stay safe and stay healthy!
