The company charged condo fees but ignored work order requests. Over the past two years I have requested numerous times to repair the leaking roof, which is included in the condo fee. No one responded! I doubt they hired any contractors for maintenance. I would not recommend renting with them, using them as your managing agency. Unfortunately, they are the administrators of the Home Owners Association (HOA) fees for many local properties. Can owners vote to revoke their management rights?

The group manages The Homes of Eagles Landing. Dumpters have been placed in parking spots designated for our unit. Four numbered spots for four tenants. One of the tenant's car was towed for double parking behind a roommate. She could not find any parking within the complex when she returned home last night. Folks dont answer the phone.

This company never answers the phone and does not have voicemail setup. They have ignored multiple work order requests and now we have a raccoon in our attic. No one will respond. I do not recommend renting a property with them, using them as your management agency, or living next to a property that they manage!

11/2023 Highly dissatisfied. No improvement on quality of service or managing the vendors even though though the board expressly asked for better oversight. At this point, I am not even confident the property is properly insured. I AM sure that the preventive maintenance is never done on time.

4/25/2023 The property is still depreciating--potholes in the driveway, painted over broken repairs, broken sprinklers and dead grass, and now poison ivy. There has been no email response and they are not answering calls. Please do not utilize them for your own peace of mind.

Horrible customer service. Upon signing my lease, I was told everything would be fixed and ready when I moved in. However, it took months after moving in to get *MINOR* problems dealt with. Then after moving out, we left the apartment in *WAY* better shape than when we received it. When I received my security deposit, I was shocked to see the "charges." I was charged a $100 + cleaning fee, even after I had the apartment completely professionally cleaned (not to mention there was MOLD when I moved in).I was charged another $100+ fee for carpet cleaning. However, when I moved in the carpet wasn't cleaned. So the stains on the carpet weren't even mine. We had even brought this to their attention before moving in and were assured it would not be our responsibility. Finally, and probably the most stupid, infuriating thing of all, was I was charged for batteries. BATTERIES. They literally claimed the batteries in the smoke detector were dead but when I moved out they were fine? Furthermore, even if the batteries were dead I'm under the assumption that it is up to the leasing company/the owner of the apartment to fix the issue-not me. I mean it's batteries for crying out loud. To say I am appalled with the customer service is a massive understatement. They will not call/email you back. It's a little questionable that the only time my mother and I were answered back about these issues is when my father emailed/called them. In short, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are in the business of taking advantage of young people/students and will take your money. Stick with Northcutt or First Reality or quite literally anyone else.

This was unquestionably the worst realtor experience I've had in Auburn.

I tried to first view a unit in early June, only to have them tell me 10 minutes before the showing that they did not have a key. I rescheduled, after they informed me the next day that they did have the key, but the lock was broken.

At the second showing, they found they actually did not have a key, but the owner was supposed to leave a side door unlocked for us. The owner had forgotten, and after arriving at the unit and waiting for 10 minutes my second showing was cancelled.

After finally seeing the unit, I filled out an application, having been told that I could expect a response on it in 48 hours. I did not hear back as to whether or not I was approved for a week, at which point they still did not tell me if I was approved, but rather that the unit had been leased.

The application fee was a non-refundable $35, and when I asked why I did not hear back sooner, they said it "depends on what they were looking at on the application," whatever that means. They told me I was welcome to apply for another unit.

Honestly, this felt like a scam more than anything, and I would not do business with them under any circumstances.

This place is run by Kurt Hayley and an older woman. She never got anything done when I lived there and so I had to resort to calling the city many many times. The landscaping is terrible now as well. Glad I sold it.

Don't bother replacing items on the move out instructions, they're gonna charge you for them anyway. Like the air filter, or light bulbs, or even window blinds that never existed. Apartment management is rarely exceptional, but these guy run a truly low class operation.

If you're considering renting a place from them, I hope you'll reconsider. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. Happy hunting!
