Beautiful mobile home park. Lots of beautiful landscaping, Canadian geese. Very nice place to live. I was over visiting my friend, and couldn't help but notice how lovely this place is.

Loveliest community of manufactured homes I've seen yet. The lake is gorgeous, lush green grass, streets are maintained, they even have their own orchard! And the homes -- each is distinctly different -- look like they are all straight out of a storybook. Everyone has a garage, and a meticulously manicured yard. And there are so many activities. I would love to buy a house here.

This place is nice. 55 and up community. I have a couple friends that live there so I'm there once in a while. It's quiet. People seem nice and the properties are well taken care of. There's a lake and looks like a vinyard that you can walk through. My friends love it and talk about the social activities they have there. Seems like a lovely place.

Residents are amazing. However, both Onsite Park Management and upper management(Meadows Management) are awful. They do not respond to complaints at all and do not care about residents at all. I was very involved in committees and our Homeowners Activities Organization with my almost 6 years living there. Never have a seen Management treat residents so poorly. Also don't believe that rent will only go up a few dollars each year, even with a lease. It is one of the biggest discussions about what people are told when they move in versus what really happens. Good luck. Again, the residents work together as a community. I wish Management would do the same.

A beautiful park, though the space rent/association fee is a bit steep. My mother-in-law has been content for the year she’s lived there. People have been friendly and I see children playing with their families at the pool and feeding ducks, etc., so the management doesn’t seem too rigid to me. The negative reviews posted here are very...unusual. I wouldn’t give them too much weight.
