This company is seriously fantastic at property management. My wife and I both work and have two small children, and simply don't have time for much else. I almost forget that I own a rental property sometimes, Playa takes care of every detail to the point that I don't think about it at all. Paula has managed my condo rental property for around 5 years and has done a stellar job. Every concern has been promptly addressed, and repairs taken care of for me at a good price through their contractors. Playa's advertisement must be top notch, because they are always very prompt at finding tenants even in off times of the year. They also have a robust screening process that produces quality tenants that pay their rent on time. I have referred several of my friends to use Playa to manage their properties as well, because they really are that good at what they do. I honestly can't recommend Playa highly enough.

Playa has been managing our rental property for 3+ years and we have been fortunate to have Tasha Carroll as Property Manager. She takes a vested interest in the property, reports any issues immediately and has a down to earth approach to everything that is required. She is well backed by the Playa team who run a very professional business. Highly recommend Playa Realty - we live in Australia so it is very comforting to know that the property is in such good hands since we are so far away.

We leased with Playa Management for two years and could not have been more pleased. Mr. Randy was a great property manager and extremely helpful. He represents the interest of the owner and renter very well. We would totally still be with them if the owner had not decided to sell the property that we were living in. This company is amazing when it comes to repairs and maintenance. The vendors they use are very good. They were very fair when we moved out and did not keep any part of the my deposit that was not agreed upon (don't forget to cut grass before you leave :0)). I was very grateful for my experience with them and will totally refer them.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Playa Realty. When we first expressed interest in viewing an available rental property, I had a response the very next morning scheduling a viewing. The application process was smooth and I liked being able to do everything online. We had everything signed and we were moved in within 30 days! Our landlord was very precise in doing the move-in walk through which was very important to us as our previous landlord was less than professional. In our time in the unit we've only had one maintenance issue that took a few repairs to resolve, but the entire time a professional repair company was out almost immediately addressing the problem, and at no point did anyone seem frustrated with us as tenants for reporting the issue. Since it's been fixed we have had no other problems. Paying rent is easy with the online portal, renewing our lease was also a smooth process, and we really like the clean house and quiet neighborhood. Randy has been incredibly communicative and helpful from the get-go. I've had some nightmare landlords in the past. Renting with Playa Realty is a breath of fresh air! Everyone is very professional!

Can not say enough good things about my experience with Playa. The town-home we rented was in fantastic shape. The maintenance and service request system is incredibly fast, and paying rent is easy. Great people to work with as well. Sally, our property manager, was amazing from start to finish and we couldn't have asked for a better contact.

After having our home trashed ($30,000 in repairs) in one year under the "management" of the largest realtor in the Jacksonville area, we were recommended Playa Realty and Management from someone who had experience with the company. The difference is night and day - Playa not only found us great tenants, but have also conducted two property inspections (with photos) and routinely advise us of any potential issues before they become problems. Communication is super and we truly feel that Playa has our interests in mind during all endeavors. We live 800 miles from our property and, due to Playa's hands-on management, we no longer worry about what we can't see. Highly recommended!

When I was in the process of relocating to Chicago, I was extremely nervous about renting out my condo I had been living in for over 10 years that I had spent such care in remodeling, painting and buying nice appliances for. Playa came recommended to me by my property's on-sight staff that handled the apartment half of our condo community. Working with Playa was a huge relief. They were able to rent out my unit to the first person that viewed it and not only that, my tenant has kept the unit spotless and has always paid on time. I have never had to worry or chase anyone down for information even during the hurricanes. I recommended Playa to a friend that was trying to relocate to Denver and I would recommend Playa to anyone that needs someone to be there for them 100% of the time. Day, night, weekdays, weekends, always they respond. I have truly enjoyed having them as my property management team. Debbie is a rockstar.

Having Playa manage my Jacksonville home was the worst experience of my life. The owner has a tremendous ego and made promise after promise but in the end, I not only lost rental income but had to spend thousands to fix the damage from deadbeat tenants. I now have a great management company whose owner is not an arrogant egomaniac and looks after my property as if it were his own. Ask your friends and neighbors for a referral, folks. Don’t make the same mistake I did. There are much better property managers out there than Playa Realty and Management.
