I live here and I love it..it's very clean and very well managed ..Margret is the manager here and she is very friendly and understanding.. it's a beautiful place to live.. there's a creak that runs through the park ..plus the grounds keeper does a great job making it look wonderful

This park is conveniently located, yet tucked away in a private, tree lined community. The new manager Margaret seems to really care about the residents. I've seen a lot of projects happening there to make the park nice, since Margaret has been the new on-site manager.

Wonderful community with plenty of new and used homes for sale. They even have RV spaces all at a great price. The new onsite manager truly cares about the residents. Great spot to call home in Oroville.

I loved this mobile home park. Zack was an excellent park manager and he helped all of us when we needed help. Cliff was a great and helpful maintenance man. If you needed anything he would always help. I have a unit there now I’m trying to sell my unit cause I moved to Nevada for work. If I was to move back I totally would if Zack and Cliff are still there.

My husband and I recently applied and was approved very quickly for pleasant valley trailer park. The new manager Zach was super on top of everything and things were very smooth because of it. Doreen was also a huge help. Everything was very straight forward. I was very happy with my experience in the application process and the quick responses back.

The manager, Leilani, is hands down the best housing manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was incredibly helpful during the application and move-in process and she continues to be amazingly supportive to her tenants not only professionally, but on a personal level as well. She has worked very hard to clean this place up and turn it into a respectable community. The world needs more people like her.
