We love our cozy home. We've been here over 10 years and for the most part they work with us as we work with them to keep everything updated and clean, home and park. Grateful to be here. Maintenance has definitely Improved over the years, the new guys are taking over and it's great to see, thank you!

Pleasant Valley Properties is a peaceful neighborhood for the most part, we have been renting our home/lot here for about 3 years now and it is a good little starter home, would not recommend for kids or pets but you could make it work if you needed to.
The maintenance quality is so so, as they don’t have very high standards and are low on staff a lot, but I have been impressed by their promptness when we need something fixed that’s major, they always come right away, occasionally they have charged us extra for a service, and we got blamed for abusing facilities when we keep our place clean and well kept up, and we are living with damage from tenants who were here before us, every place has pros and cons and we are happy here and we appreciate the service and the quiet atmosphere,

Pleasant Valley is an exceptional place to live. It is quiet, the residents are friendly, and the cost benefit ratio is above average.

Pleasant Valley is also very attentive to the needs of the residents. Via Meld, any issues with the property can be reported and the response is exceptional. The maintenance personnel are knowledgeable, professional and are skilled journeymen.

Example: The garage door in my unit quit working. I received notification acknowledging my issue within an hour and the support personnel were on the property the next day. When reviewing the issue, instead of cobbling the repair like most properties (if not all), the decision was made to replace the motor, rails, and door. A completely new installation and replacement of the garage door was completed very quickly.

Having been a homeowner for over 30 years, and moving into a leased townhome, I was not sure what to expect. I can now safely say that Pleasant Valley manages and maintains the property in a manner consistent with what I would do as the owner.

My water pipes froze. Maintenance was very quick getting back to me. They came right out and fixed the problem. Super friendly and respectful.

Hands-down, one of the best companies I’ve ever had to deal with! I have traveled all over the US for work and everybody associated with Pleasant Valley Properties was a joy to work with. It was so easy, they made the experience enjoyable.!!! I would recommend anybody looking for somewhere, to definitely check them out.. 10 out of 10! 🙂

A company that insults its tenets for genuine complaints is simply pathetic. Why does it matter on what indoor animals we have in our home(that you don't own). Not to mention charging for indoor animals. And for the people who have more pets than you allow; you tell them to get rid of them(part of their family).Putting water meters on our home also makes no sense; we already pay utilities. Your company is nothing but a power hungry, greedy, immoral dictatorship.

I love living in the MHP, it's quiet, peaceful & the mobile homes are not too close to each other. The lot rent is very affordable compared to several other MHP. Pleasent valley is easy to work with & the maintenance guys are great.
