It’s hard to believe but we have been working with Matt Kapellen now for 15 years. We started working with him as our agent for our first primary residence. Matt was patient with us as we must have walked through 20 houses. He did a great job navigating us through the home buying process and always got us into properties the same day or the next day. He actually picked the property we decided to buy.

Fast forward 11 years after not talking to Matt since closing on our first property, he took time out of his schedule to talk to us about rental properties. Once again, he shared his knowledge and helped us get our business started. Since 2020 we have purchased 4 additional properties with Matt as investors and we couldn’t be happier working with him. Matt’s knowledge of the market and underwriting deals has also saved us money.

There is no agent I would rather work with. That’s my perspective as an investor and a personal home buyer. As investors we plan to work with Matt to continue expanding our portfolio.

After trying to sell my property by myself I gave up and had to resort to the pros. I was luckily able to connect with Heather Zimbal and she quickly put me in ease with the selling process as I was in the route to do some travels.
