I have been renting at pleasant view townhomes for the last two years. Since I've been here this year has been the first time Christy has done shady business and declined in professionalism. She comes to work in pj's most days unless her male boss I don't know his name is in town or any one above her. She has lost our rent twice . According to maintenance she's done it to multiple people due to a drinking problem now I don't know how true that is but I do know she has lied she doubled charged me for 1 dog for 12 months and didn't do anything about it until I threatened to go down to housing and make a complaint. And even then she only gave us back 6 months of the fee. She lost our rent and charged us late fees . The first time I was ever late was because she was double charging for me a dog and I didn't know until the 6th when she emailed me. Now I am trying to move out and I have emails and proof of this and she's refusing to help or answer any landlords so we can move. She keeps lying and saying she didn't get anything but when I ask for pleasant view townhomes fax she ignores me. Please help me so i can move in peace. Since I moved here no maintenance has been done besides once. She hasn't fixed our lights I still don't have a key to my door and I've been here 2 years . No keys to my garage besides a garage opener. She hasn't fixed the floor from when I moved in from the previous tenant and I honestly feel like she's doing this on purpose because I have called her out on lying . I just want to move in peace and I'm just asking for the fax number so I can have the landlords send the paperwork they need so I can move. I have never had a rental problem before , no evictions , never been late. This is the first time in my life that I have had such a toxic relationship with a manager.

UPDATE WE MOVED OUT SEPT 30TH 2023 WILLINGLY DUE TO OUR LEASE ENDING , CLEANED THE APARTMENT TOOK A VIDEO OF THE APARTMENT. AND THIS LADY REFUSES TO GIVE US BACK OUR SECURITY AND REFUSES TO GIVE US ANY INVOICES ON WHY . SHE IS A HORRIBLE DEVIL OF A PERSON WHO PREYS ON FAMILIES STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF CHRISTY IS THE MANAGER. SHE IS EVIL SPIRITED
