I was planning to rent a warehouse unit from Plemmons Industries. They were very responsive and we were able to get a 2 year contract signed immediately. However, due to my business needing to move out of state, I had to figure out a way to get out of the contract terms days before my move in. The folks at Plemmons were very understanding and professional - took my $200 non-refundable deposit amount and then sent me a check for the remaining balance within a week.
While I can't speak to the usage of the facility, the people that work there were easy to work with and very friendly.

This place is a freaking joke!!!!! Don't EVER think about renting here. Their leasing staff and office staff ride around in their cars looking for stuff to complain that you are doing. Don't ever have an issue with their property either. It will ALWAYS be your fault. Ants,,,,rats,,,,heating,,,,plumbing.....whatever your complaint is, they will turn it around to your responsibilty.
Save yourself the headache, find somewhere else.
Must be the reason they have such high turn over. Any neighbor I ever spoke to had issue.

Can be a very depressing place to do business. Talk to the tenants and they will tell you. The issue is not even with tenants complaining...it's just their policy in the fine print or not clear. I find that some what screwed up. I rent a warehouse for $3000 per month and cant leave my truck there. They require insurance which I have. If anything happens to my truck that's my cost. That's why I pay my insurance. You are tied there by their damn contract due to bait and switch. It will change when you move in. Offices and ware houses are budget oriented which is a plus but parking is a huge, huge, huge problem. They have sufficient common parking spots but tenants are highly restricted on using them or leaving their cars there. If you have ware house trucks then that may be a big problem for you if you can't park them there overnight if you can't drive them home with you. Just a little challenging working that way which has seen high tenant turnover including their staff every now and then. New tenants come in then leave after a few months when they realize it is not workable. You get screwed coz you owe then the remainder of your rent money on the contract if you decide to move on. Watch out for that. If you have trucks that you cant take home then it is not the place for you. you will keep getting office legal letter to move them or they will take you to court. But its an ideal location. Just not workable. What are ware houses for if I may ask? Rent there at you own risk !!

They have good priced warehouses and offices but they come with strings attached. You can't park your work truck or cars on the property over night yet they issue you with parking stickers. Be ready to deal with threatening letters to tow your vehicles or equipment. That sucks coz you have to drive your personal vehicle and work truck(s) away same day. That's their policy. Very impractical based on nature of your business. Rent is good but very difficult to do business there coz you either driver trucks and cars away yourself or hire people to do it for you of a daily business. Public parking I assumed is on a first come first served basis. Just like if you went to full Safeway parking lot. Drive around and you will get a freaking spot ! There's very high tenant turn over due to this problem. You talk to other tenants thinking they are the ones complaining but they tell you I have no problem and they are also getting those towing letters too stuck to their doors. So who's complaining? Rent at your own risk of being towed ! The 1 star is for the their rental prices.

My experience has unfortunately been very poor. There is little to no communication in the office and it seems they turn over staff frequently. I recommend thinking twice before doing business with this organization.
