Peter removed an old bathroom vanity with new one. We are so happy with it, it is so beautiful!!
Peter completed the job very efficiently, was efficient and he was so great to work with. No damage was done to any room and he cleaned up wonderfully. Unfortunately, I neglected to get a before photo and can only share the results.
I can not remember Peter high enough. He is the only home maintenance contractor that I will use.

Peter is an exceptionally talented professional that produces top-notch work at a fair price. I was in desperate need of a replacement deck, I reached out to several companies across Whidbey Island to do the job. Many never returned my phone calls, and others' provided quotes that were questionable. When I was about to give up my search, I spoke with Peter, and he offered to do the job. His quote was cheaper than any of his competitors (I tried just about everyone on the island). In addition to replacing my back deck, he has also taken care of several other repairs around my home. After 16 years on Whidbey Island, he has been all-around the best contractor I've done business with. Highly recommend!

Peter's services have been invaluable to me...not being able to be on Whidbey more often, my need for help intensified during the rain, flooding and high tides about a month ago. I ended up having to fly to Seattle twice from CA just to address the massive amount of water on the lawns and under the house...on my second trip I met with Peter and was immediately impressed with his many skills, attentiveness, and his fairness. He is really easy to work with and responsive every time I text him. So far he's rewired the garage door, septic pump, sent photos when he checks on the place, and we're reviewing drainage plans..having him check on the house twice a month is a "godsend" for me and has reduced the stress of living far away! Beyond wiring and the help I have received, his experience with other home projects assures me that we can tackle every project in the future.--absolutely a top notch service!

Peter (of PLM) helped us clear a downed tree last fall. It was in a tricky spot, having fallen into a neighbor’s property.
