I do not appreciate the way this company handled our situation. it was on us to do better research. We had informed them of our situation and that we are looking to have tenants rent out our condo ASAP. I understand that finding good tenants may take a while but they had verbally (which was a mistake on my end to believe them) that they can find a tenant quickly. Well.. 6 months later, nothing…we followed ALLL recommendations/advice/tips provided by them to make the condo more competitive. I asked every week how we can make the condo more competitive and appealing to renters. There has been “leads” and “showings” but as to why there has been no tenant is suspicious. We were told the feedback provided by these supposed leads and listened to every advice provided!

Now we are forced to move back in as financial situations due to lack of tenant has significantly hurt us. But they are asking for a termination fee of $900. Totally on me to believe their words from the beginning so now we are forced to pay $900 to terminate our relationship with this company.

I am glad that others had great experience with this company. But to me, this is what I went through and I learned a lot from this

PMI and JP and his team are the finest property management team I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. For the past three years (and many more to come) they have responded immediately to our requests and have kept our entire building in tip-top shape! It's unfortunate that our former co-tenant, Elijah Green, is harassing us again after a year and a half when his share of his deposit was deducted for non-payment of his rent and repairs to his room. I understand he has repeated this same pattern since then, has been homeless, and is desperately reaching for anything he mistakenly thinks is due to him.

Scam artist and a straight slum lord. Worst manger ever, still owes me my deposit, unprofessional, unreliable, lied, overcharges. Like to talk to me on here but refuse to answer a phone call or reply to a email. I terminated a contract with JP, tried to do it professionally and he or any representative never showed up for a closing walk through. As it states on my contract I should receive my security deposit which I never did. I did not rent a room, I sign a full contract with jp. He did whatever my room mate wanted him to do because they were secretly seeing each other from my knowledge.
