PMI does fantastic work managing our rental property. Their communication is clear, they send maintenance out to fix anything promptly as needed, and they provide clear accounting of payments and relevant info. We've probably all heard the horror stories about student housing in Santa Cruz, but thanks to PMI my daughter and her co-tenants have been treated fairly and professionally by the team at PMI. The processes of getting a lease, paying rent and communicating maintenance needs have all been straightforward. Generally maintenance costs are not passed through to the tenants and issues are dealt with promptly. There was a charge for replacing blinds that may have been either worn out or handled poorly, so a grey area responsibility-wise. I appreciate that PMI significantly reduced the charge when asked about it, showing consideration to the tenants' viewpoint.

PMI Santa Cruz took great care of my Vacation Rental home in Aptos. The property included a very large yard that required a lot of maintence and upkeep. They also managed some larger projects on the property that included a new patio and lawn, and a chimney re-build. Amy Walker and her team were extremely professional and focused on making sure that our guests had a wonderful experience during their stay. I highly recommend PMI Santa Cruz for any of your property management needs.
