We recently stayed at one of the units managed by PMI SF Peninsula for our business trip to Bay area. We are so thankful for them for their speedy help and response that made our stay so easy and smooth. Their customer service is top notch as they helped us no matter what time of the day and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and visit in the Bay area.
We really recommend them and their service and would totally be back to book with them when we go back to SF soon.

My colleague and I recently completed a 5-month stay at PMI SF Peninsula’s co-living house in Daly City, near Seton Medical Center, and we will definitely be back for our next contract in September. As travel nurses, it's crucial for us to find accommodation that is both affordable and safe, and this property exceeded our expectations.

**Pros:**

- **Affordable Pricing:** We rented a private room with a lock for $1500/month, which included all fees.
- **Regular Cleaning:** The common areas are cleaned every other day by a professional cleaner, ensuring a tidy and pleasant living environment.
- **Responsive and Professional Staff:** The response from the management team was always fast and professional.
- **Great Amenities:** The house provided nice towels, coffee, and friendly staff, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

**Cons:**

- **Co-Living Dynamics:** The only drawback of a co-living house is the variety of housemates. While most were very nice during our stay, we did have one who did not wash their dishes after using the kitchen. However, this is beyond the control of the management company.

Overall, I highly recommend PMI SF Peninsula’s co-living house for travel nurses and others seeking a well-managed, affordable, and safe place to stay. The combination of price and safety makes it an ideal choice.

Pmi SF Peninsula is currently managing 2 houses for me. I did airbnb before and we made decision to have a professional team to manage our house 1 year ago. This is a very good decision we made. After paying the management fee, my net income is still 10-15% higher than what I did before. I completely hands free from the management and can go travel as often as I want.

One thing is worthy to mention, they have great insurance program to cover damage. Recommended!

THE WORST EVER - Do not use them if you own a place to rent and do not rent if they are managing. We stayed at an Airbnb and the carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3 am (we arrived at 1 am) ... all we did was turn on the heat. I made sure everyone was ok, opened windows, etc .. I called the host who then proceeded to tell me this is ok, it happens and that I can just disconnect it?!?! Airbnb moved us out of the next morning BUT this host did not even respond to me or Airbnb about refunding the first night of hell ($430 because they charged they entire cleaning and service fee too). I contact them via their website and still nothing. FYI - tampering with a carbon monoxide device in the state of California is against the law. Trust me when I say that you do not want to stay at their place or have them managing a place you own.
