Our stay here was frustrating, and highly disappointing. Beyond the cost of the condo, there was an additional 75 dollars in fees to park our car and trailer. The unit was filthy upon inspection, and filled with both dead and live bugs. Ants, beetles, moths, and spiders. We found two spiders in bed with us, and went home with several in our party having painful ant bites. The dust under the bed was piled up in large balls of filth. There was minimal supplies for me to clean with, and for the 150 cleaning fee... I shouldn't have to clean on my vacation the way I did. The oven would not open without scraping the cabinets, the pots and pans were stained and flaking with their ceramic coating no longer helping with non-stick. The dish packet sample provided was so cheap it didn't even dissolve. The spices were so old they were unusable bricks of seasoning. The utter lack of care and cleaning for this unit was very apparent. And management was ZERO help. I was told a maintenance supervisor would come to assess the property, and a maintenance employee who informed me he was not the supervisor and was no housekeeper was there to sweep for me. He was a very kind soul and did sweep the floors as best as he could but missed several areas, including where there were rodent droppings and spider webs with spiders in them. The shower curtains and linens, carpet, and couch were stained. The shower in the master bathroom the handle was not attached, and I was scared to use it. I requested multiple times for management to call me, and was assured they would, but NO ONE ever returned my calls. On top of everything, on multiple occasions, my elderly wheelchair bound parents were trapped inside the unit because individuals felt it necessary to park in a non-parking space blocking the handicap accessible walk path. I had to go door to door to located the vehicle owner in one instance thankfully, and in another instance had to have my son help me take their wheelchairs out through the grass, which was very unsafe. If I did not have nearly a thousand dollars invested in this unit for this trip, and no other alternative, I would not have stayed. Please. Do. Better.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Our view from the balcony was beautiful.
The proximity to the beach and pools was great. We were close enough to town and the attractions there, but remote enough to avoid the crowds. I look forward to returning in the future.

Tho vacation time is not till July. Poole and Associates made booking so much easier than other things we tried. Will absolutely use them again. Will post some pictures when we get to our spot.

ABSOLUTLEY the worst management company. I have been patiently waiting for them to make our stay right and they have yet to take care of it. We stayed from 6/30/24 - 7/7/24 and its 7/22/24 and I can't even get a hold of the manager. If they are managing your property you are paying a ridiculous amount of money for them to NOT take care of your property. We arrived and the place was filthy, we had fake eyelashes laying all around, food down the front of the cabinets, dryer did NOT work (started complaining about it the first day and still wasn't working when we left and they even knew it didn't work prior to our arrival), our cleans towels were laying in the cabinet with the toilet plunger and toilet bowl cleaner (not even put in a bag) food all over the floors, dirty wash cloths laying around, carpets so nasty my grandsons feet were dirty within two hours of us being there, nails sticking out on the front porch railing and spindles broke (we had a toddler with us), I'm only posting a few pics but there were more. I would never rent anywhere from them again nor would I be paying them a management fee...what a joke.

Navy Cove is a beautiful location, I’ve rented several units this year there. I haven’t stayed in a bad one. We stay there for the boat lifts and the fact it’s quite out there. The views are beautiful no matter what unit you are in. I do believe I like the tower better but the LShape you see water on either side of the condo. I like that too. The towers when you walk out the the door you’re just in a hall the l shape you’re in a breeze way and can see the views. This condo was in the L no matter what door I went out I saw water. The condo was nice it was 4 of us 2 adults and 2 boys we had plenty of room. It was a smaller one compared to some of the ones we had stayed in but very comfortable

The condo was really nice and very clean. The location was central to what we wanted to do. Loved that it had a gated entrance for security as our vehicle was broken into on the way to Gulf Shores at a hotel in Nashville so the added security was nice. The only little misstep we had was that we were given the wrong gate code to get into the pool. When we finally got to go to the office for the parking permit, he said we were given next weeks code as it changes weekly. So, once we got the current pool gate code, it was great. The pool is really nice, we all enjoyed it a lot! Would stay here again!
