Just got off the phone with Darcy. She was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I am currently trying to sell my house but have moved out already. I changed my mailing address but didn’t get my bill so wanted to pay over the phone. She continuously interrupted me to argue about whether or not I had previously changed my mailing address and had such a nasty attitude to the point I didn’t want to talk to her anymore. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak to she just said “no. There’s no one else” with a snarky tone. I got her name and hung up. Some people should not be in customer service, and Darcy should not be allowed to even be in public. I literally just wanted to pay my bill.

I've seen a lot of 1-star reviews and am bummed so many have had troubles, I have always had pleasant experiences with them. Not everything always goes my way, (Had to replace a few things to bring stuff to code, etc. ), but that's life.

Always frustrating to deal with this company. They continued to send a bill to my old address when they have my new address on file. I already went down there and told them where I moved a year ago (I currently pay util with the same company). It would be nice if this organization would take on some sense of personal responsibility.

I have never had an issue with the customer service department, today I went in to submit some paperwork and I was made to feel like the biggest idiot...straight out the gate "you need proof of all this" and when I asked for help trying to understand what I needed to verify some things I was met with the "I don't know" run around a few times and a demeanor that was just icky... after this rep. Asked someone else, I was able to get my questions answered (should have offered to ask a higher up if they didn't know in the first place).. I greeted this woman with a hello and a smile, asked genuine question on how to remedy the situation.... if you don't like helping people, maybe customer service isn't the right fit?

I think the office staff are very pleasant and have always been Courteous. However their electrical inspector for the city of Port Angeles i could care less for. I've spent a lot of time and extra money fixing things that didn't necessarily need to be fixed in the 1st place. And he doesn't like the contractors I go thru ,so I had to suffer .

Complaint is a credit card breach that happened a couple months ago and still no solution for fix. Costs alot to have to mail or hand deliver payment beyond bill itself. Never knew a more hindering and backwards city system in my life! Y'all need to get better organized and prepared for incidents like you tell us to be.

What would u guys do? When we went to childrens hospital for my sons last heart sugery, we put a hold on our City sewer on hold to save money.When we did this they told us they check the meter, and not to bother hooking back up.So when we got home we pay all are bills every month in full. 3 years went by and just got a bill in the mail from the city $2900 and we never got 1 bill in the 3 years and they said they cant give me a bill but a spreed sheet and there was 5 up charges also they said they were late charges and intrest added for the 3 years also threated to send us to collection.So Pissed off at Port Angeles Utility's. My wife and i went in to ask for the bills for the last 3 years and they told me no again also very rude that another customer came to the counter and even told us u should not ne treated that way.We set up a payment plan for 100$ a month to pay off the 2,900 to flush. REG PRICE IS 80$ to flush now think it was only 54$ when we left to Children's.
ALSO i called down to talk to the accountant for the city utilitys trying to fix this but she was very very rude she even called me names and hung up on me when i asked for a manager.So i called back left a message on the machine that i wanted to talk to management still no call back. SO I CALLED BACK AGAIN AND PUT ON HOLD FOR 2 HRS THEN THAT SAME RUDE LADY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN SO PISSED OFF.... NEED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT BEFOR I TAKE THIS TO Jesse Jones

Terrible customer service. Took over a year to fix their online payment processes. And when you would go into the office to pay nobody around the office would help customers besides one frontdesk person. People could be lining up out the door and nobody would leave their cubicle.
