We loved our little home here! I am so thankful my roommate found this place for us a few years ago while we were moving back to Richmond. It's really convenient to be a short drive to anywhere you need to go in the city, or if you need to take 95 anywhere. Having a nice space with up to date appliances and in unit washer/dryer is hard to come by in cities, it was awesome to have everything we needed. There has always been a good sense of community, our apartment was so cute, plus the office staff is so kind and prompt. The community manager Shanee always made sure we were taken care of during our time living there, and she made the whole process of moving in and moving out stress free. It's bittersweet to leave, we are so grateful we chose here before we found a house!

If you are looking for a new place to call home, look no further than Port City Apartments! They have friendly and attentive staff. The tour was great and the amenities are excellent. My favorite part is the key fobbed security doors. Having that extra layer of security gives me the peace of mind to know that I will be safe living here. Cable and internet is included and works great. Also, utilities are included with rent. So far I have had a great experience. Check them out!

It’s a good apartment complex overall with all utilities included in a great amount of space in the two bedroom and two bathrooms however, there are a lot of things that need to be fix such as up up on the security because they’re a crackhead and homeless people that will sleep in the laundry room and have needles all over the place number two would be making sure packages are more secure. I have even lived here for a year and some of my packages have gone missing multiple times and some of them I couldn’t even even get Reimbursed or resent out because it’s been happening so much. Another thing would be more aware of who is in the area they have plenty of times where people that don’t even live in a complex have been using the pool what’s the point of us having a pool pass if we’re not gonna be checking after hours

The Leasing Office is amazing. Tasha is amazing. Goldie is amazing and especially the Manager is amazing. She is very comfortable with helping you out when Ren is late and will do anything that she can to make sure that you are in the best position to pay your rent on time because she understands that things do happen .
