This is a caution to anyone thinking of applying with this company. Please bear in mind that any place that claims to offer fully covered insurance to entry level staff, but still always seems to be hiring for some reason, has many reasons for being unable to retain employees. I was told I was being hired as a full time employee at Agate Dreams, was given the rundown and the packet on how to go about getting it on the first of the month after my 60 days, and proceeded to be the only employee on my shift to show up regularly, and treat my customers like they were actually welcome. At my 90 days, when I still had not had any word back about my insurance, I was informed that "I had never been brought on as a full time employee, and the extra 15-20 hours I was working a week were considered 'coverage' for employees they had never bothered to hire. I stayed on because I liked my regulars and the discount (although I had to be careful what I spent it on, as moldy/expired product was commonly overlooked in the interest of sales). Eventually, I was harassed and threatened by another staff member, who had a documented history of this behavior (pretty sure he still works there), and I filed a complaint with HR. I was told (but too trusting to get it in writing) that I should stay home until they got it sorted. I even called on the second scheduled shift I was missing to confirm this, and was told "to sit tight, as they were still investigating my complaint', which occurred in full camera view. Imagine my shock when the GM, Scott, called and fired me for 'no call/no show for three days. Called HR to ask why he had not been informed of what they had told me to do, and was told by one of the very same Women who told me this that "they never said that, and the decision to let me go was documented and valid' As of this moment, I am still awaiting word back on my W2 because they don't return calls once they have done with you either. So. if you need weed, go find some place with fresh stock and friendy budtenders. Don't waste your time or money here. And if you need a job, look literally anywhere else.

This was good. I liked it. The only thing I wish they had in the suite was more of a kitchen area. Oh and they didn't have room service, and their ice machine was broken so you had to go else where for ice. You would think that Clearwater Casino had much better service! Especially staying in their Suite for 2 whole days.

Wish I won there more. One of the closest casinos to me. Had a great buffet a few years ago. Haven't been there to eat in a while. Last time left a little bit to be desired.

This is Clearwater casino and hotel. The only thing going for this place is the water view. The food is just barely adequate. The casino is HORRIBLE! The absolute worst casino I've ever been to. TIGHT is an extreme understatement. Been there many times for the water view rooms but the casino ruins it every time. Very, very tight slots.

I’m sure though business is run correctly and efficiently, but I did not feel like a valued guest while I was here. I’m sure that they don’t pay their employees an adequate rate or train them as owners in the business.
