I’ve rented from Port Property for roughly five years now. Since the day we have moved in, Port Property has been respectful and attentive. E-Mails are responded to in a timely manner and maintenance requests are answered quickly.

Recently there was a shift in management and things have been even better! We have access to bicycles to use (super convenient being that we live right on the Greenbelt) and the new user interface to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, etc. is super easy to use and follow. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much Port Property care about their tenants!

This Property is in a GREAT spot, great management, and a very friendly Property to be a part of!!

Going into my 3rd full year here, I am very happy with Port Property Management. I had to move in fairly quick and they were able to turn around an apartment fast, without missing any area for cleanliness. Management and maintenance are quick to respond to questions or concerns. Neighbors are quiet. Good location. Overall, good place to feel “at home”.

Properties aside (though those that I've seen have been respectable), management has been quite responsive and personable. Emails are generally answered fairly promptly and follow-ups come through. Have not been brushed-off or forgotten. People are generally friendly as well and I believe there was a recent change in management which shows very occasionally in organization, but is not insurmountable.

Bonus pro: The unit that I rent has a plethora of outlets. Never have I been in a building with so many outlets, and I never want any fewer.

I have been renting from Port Property for 2 years and have been very satisfied. If any problems arose the staff was very prompt in dealing with the issue. The new area manager for South Portland is much more proactive than the previous and my experience has only been elevated.

I had known someone who lived here last year so I was familiar with the property and management before I moved in. The location is amazing and so close to the running/bike trail and nearby parks like the bug light. You can even rent bikes during the summer, which I plan to do when I have friends visit. Maintenance is fast to respond to issues and the office staff is very nice. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and close enough to downtown for a cheap Uber ride. SMCC is right down the street, Hannaford is right around the corner. Only con so far, guest parking can be a hassle in the winter and the rent is a little pricey-but the neighborhood is worth it. Definitely recommend this complex.
