I currently am a resident in a home that Portfolio Property Mgt. manages and I couldn't be happier with their ability to meet every need that I may have. They have excellent customer services skills and their employees make it their mission to give the best experience possible. Any work requests that I have had were taken care of in a timely manner with no problems there after the repair. The company has made it very convenient for their residents and their potential residents. They have an updated rental list on their website, with the ability to submit an application online. They also give the option to pay your rent online. They are so easy to work with and are very flexible when it comes to your needs as a resident. This is the second home they have rented from my family and I would 100% rent from them again and again. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs a place to rent.

If you move here don't count on the emergency maintenance guy to come out to help. I had a leak I found at 1:30 AM and called for emergency request and no call back. I go to work and get pictures of the roof cracking everywhere and I called back stating I need someone ASAP before it falls down and still no response. Guess what the 3rd time i called them which was in a span of 7-8 hours later from 1:30 in the morning the ceiling collapsed and thank God my kids weren't in the hallway when it did. They sat there and breathed insulation until I could get home and get them out. Then I asked to be put in a hotel until the fixes are complete and they said no. I asked for a month off rent and guess what.... NO. Worst property management I've ever been with. Nice apartment, but wouldn't rent from here again.

Renting an apt. From them that did not pass inspection, electricity Breakers throw three and four times a night no electricity no heating no air conditioning. Burglarized three times cuz no door locks slumlords.

Been waiting almost a month to get stuff fixed that should of been done when we moved in they dont seem to be in any hurry to do anything
