Didn’t have the greatest experience living at Portofino. Only stayed 1year in these townhouses. I love the amount of large space each townhouse has but not a fan of the culture in this environment . Staffing is nice and very approachable but seems like staffing has come across issues with residents not respecting property value. We’ve had issues with random people parking in our parking spaces. We had issues with towing company that comes over night to tow any unkown or unassigned vehicles and the towing company is absolutely rude and unprofessional. We’ve had issues with homelessness that live on the river bank next to Portofino which in many times I feared coming home so late because random homeless people would follow us and look into our vehicles including breaking into vehicles. Random people digging through the trash. I didn’t feel safe and never saw security after 10pm which is the time I get home from work. We’ve had children tamper with our vehicles constant community text messages sent telling residents to pick up after their pets feces and not being respectful of neighbors lawns. Constantly experiencing homeless people break into residents patios and personal property stealing bikes and taking off with them. Unknown vehicals always speeding in the facility not making it safe for residents to walk to their car. The trash can containers are always full and a mess and it’s not because the facility doesn’t have the trash man come frequently it’s how the residents leave ripped up bags and trash laying everywhere or not even caring to throw the bag away properly. I was also not a fan of the constant property inspections every what seemed 4months however did give a weeks notice. The fridges than shown in the images, no microwave, washer and dryer are smaller than shown in the images. and the carpet is old or at least the type of carpet they use looks outdated. These townhomes definitely need renovation for paying 3,000 a month including utilities for a 2 bdrm but most likely is probably the best you’ll find living in the South Bay. Never once stepped into their pool after getting community text messages saying dinning tables shouldn’t be placed in the pool by residents and watching a homeless couple take a dip in the pool. Didn’t enjoy being apart of this community unfortunately but staffing was proactive and attempted to resolve every issue when we voiced a concern. very relieved to have moved out. I can understand that property management can do the best they can to notify residents to respect the property but at the end of the day living in a place where residents don’t respect one another and their property is was created a negative experience for me at Portofino townhomes.

I didn’t have a great experience living @ portifino homes for 5years, dogs poop everywhere and there’s a particular homeless guy, about 6”2 tall, light skin that breaks into people’s car and steal from residents porch. He stole my shoe while sun drying them outside and the property management knows this man but couldn’t stop it.

I am so hurt and disgusted on how Humberto came to my unit and claimed he pulled out Poop from my tub when asked to come fix what was wrong with it he lied and told staff that he had pulled out poop when he pulled out a long lock of hair from the previous tenants. We are still fairly new to the unit. What he has done was disgusting and hurtful to me and my family. He is unprofessional and Rude. I hope the owners read this. They need to know the kind of person he is.i will definitely be going Monday morning to speak to Shawn to let her know how I feel this Guy needs to apologize to me and my Family for saying and spreading this disgusting and disrespectful rumor.

In the middle of the night we had an issue come up and had to call the emergency maintenance line. Humberto picked up and right away came over to fix the situation. We could have gotten very unlikely if it wasnt for him! He was very resourceful and fixed the issue quickly. Aside from that he has been very attentive and helpful whenever we do have any maintenance requests. Humberto is very kind and has made our time at Portofino Townhomes absolutely worth it!

Myself and my family have lived here for a little over 4yrs. We chose this community based on the size of the units due to having a growing family, the cleanliness and freeway proximity.

I have nothing but great things to say about this community. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help or answer any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is always visible and readily available when needed. I’ve recommended this location so frequently that more than 4 of my friends have moved here.

Having multiple pools and a fitness facility has been awesome but more importantly the upkeep on both are top notch. This community is full of families and is primarily quiet with very little outside noise. I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a clean, family friendly and safe place to live.

I've lived here with my husband and children for the past 4 years. This place has family-friendly vibe and is a clean, safe environment. We enjoy the events management puts on including the taco nights, trick-or-treat events, and the ice cream carts on hot summer days. We haven't had an issue yet that wasn't promptly addressed and the maintenance team is stellar. All team members are friendly and most have been around long enough to see my children grow over the past 4 years. We continue to renew our lease every year because of the positive environment, minimal issues, effective management, and the proximity to the freeways. It's also a plus that many of our surrounding neighbors have lived here for a long time and we've become close with them as well. I'll always recommend Portofino as a place to live.

Great management, comfortable Townhome. I have never met a super efficient leasing office like Portofino. Special Thanks to Shawn and Lexi who made the process done as professionally. Our family is well-welcomed in this complex management. I love the security of this place and walk night without any fear. I can say the best management, fast services. I am so happy to find this place as Our new, Peaceful HOME.

Regarding maintenance: we had a major water emergency and when I was able to get in touch with maintenance they did what needed to be done fast and efficiently. Extremely polite and professional as well. No complaints here at all. I wish I remembered to ask their names but they were awesome.
