Chris and Ross were highly specialised throughout the process of selling my tenanted property. I used the services of Portfolio to sell a flat I own with a sitting tenant. Although I knew the time was right to sell the property I was reluctant as I had a fantastic long term tenant, who unfortunately was not in the position to purchase the property. Portfolio offered the perfect solution - engaging with my tenant and letting agent to compile a comprehensive sales pack. The sale was negotiated and the new owners have taken on my tenant and are using the same letting agent which is great for my tenant. Selling this way meant there was no break in the rental income for me and the purchasers have an immediate income stream. Thanks for your professionalism and dedication Chris and Ross.

Chris found a buyer for my tenanted property in Edinburgh. Communication was excellent and he managed all the different parties involved in the sale. TBH, I'm not sure how/if at all we could have sold the property without him. A really excellent service and I can't recommend Portolio highly enough.
