Rented an apartment through Power West for approximately two years in Chico.They were timely with maintenance requests, always responded to tenant inquiries, had an online portal to submit maintenance requests as well as pay rent, and seemed to truly care about the well-being of their tenants. This is the first property management company that made me feel as though they were happy to assist the tenants.

Very important to note that they always addressed loud tenants, safety concerns, and malfunctioning appliances. They strive to ensure that every tenant can enjoy their rentals without nuisance or concerns.

I would highly recommend Power West! They are a breath of fresh air after renting through various other property managements/landlords.

Rented from them for little over a year. Never had any problem with service from the office. Maintenance request were dealt with quickly. Got me into the place from the start pretty quick which I liked cause other places didn’t seem to want to help out. I’d recommend if anyone asked me.
