This company took over my current tenants contract when I switched over from another company. They were able to keep all of my same agreements for the tenant so the transition was smooth for everyone involved. I have been with them for about a year, and I get monthly reports from the owner. The reports give updates on the local California law and legislation. As well as Any impacts to landlords and tenants in the area. The owner also gives personal phone calls that he schedules around your schedule. To discuss your intentions plans and gives you a direct line to voice. Any concerns if you have them. Anytime that I have called the office I always get a helpful polite And efficient answer or resource. My tenant also says that the communication is great and the transparency is refreshing. No matter what my plans were Praecelsus had a way to help. I highly recommend Preis as a landlord, and it gives me peace to know that the tenant is also taken care of.

Praecelsus managed my property for four years during the Covid era. During this time frame, Peter (the owner of the company) was not only up to date on all the city ordinances but was a visionary for how proposed changes to these ordinances could potentially impact home owners.

As far as the tenant selection process, Praecelsus is very strategic. This clearly showed when I returned to my home this year. The condition of the house was nearly the same as I left it. It's been seven months since we started working with the Pracelsus Management Team and we couldn't be more satisfied. Peter and Elaina are great. A couple problems arose at our property and both Peter and Elaina ensured to inform us of the issues immediately. The first issue was minor, she visited the property to rectify the issue. The next issue encountered was a water leak, which caused drywall damage, this worried me because that usually means expensive. Elaina let us know the first estimate was rather high and suggested another company she worked with in the past that produced quality results. Their estimate came back well below the first company. We are two time zones away and we are not worried because we are working with a PREMIER company that has our best interest in mind. Pracelsus Property Management has been phenomenal from the start, from photography and marketing to qualifying tenants under contract quickly (one weekend). Elaina is a remarkable professional. I am so glad we chose Praecelsus.
