I hope our relationship with these guys will be last a long time. I've just wanted to leave some good words about their job, especially during this hard time. At first, I should mention we were looking for a new apartment and were moving during "not really good period of time for this" (shelter-in-place). However their professionalism and care about safety was at the good level (we kept the distance, ware the masks, I saw them sanitizing surfaces ...). They were always available by email/sms/phone and ready to answer any of our questions. And all the issues we had after we moved in to the completely renovated and fresh apartments were resolved immediately and at the great quality level. We even didn't assume that reaction can be so fast. I especially want to emphasize the great work of maintenance service (we got a service and help even at the weekend). It's so important to feel a support and get all necessary maintenance from your landlord and their service team (contractors) especially during this uncertain times! Thank you Edward, Jennifer, Jesus and everyone who have to do their job at these hard times.

I have only good things to say about Preferred Community Management, and specifically, about Edward Disho. Edward is easy to deal with, and is all about ensuring that everyone is treated fairly. He's very responsive and personable, and not once during my time living in the apartments managed by him did I feel like he was trying to nickle & dime us when issues came up with the apartment.

Property managers are typically involved in some of the most stressful situations. I get the impression that Edward genuinely enjoys solving people's problems and he was especially helpful during our move-out process (which is when most property managers/landlords turn on their tenants and try to keep every penny they can). To anyone considering living somewhere managed by Edward Disho of Preferred Community Management, I give my highest recommendations.

After 20 years of never late with the rent. These people are unfair. I have a two inch file of unrepaired items and we'll over 20,000 dollars in water damaged, moldy, heirlooms, keepsakes and such. They refused....REFUSED TO REPAIR THE roof...I'll send a copy of management's response .
What kinda of people do these things to elderly and disabled people.
All for GREED.

David and Stephanie....I did not sign my rights away, nor will I. They're right in there with snakes as a low form creatures.
They refuse to do repairs here....two years to get the heater fixed properly.....old galvanized plumbing, the terracotta tiles are falling off the roof. The rear yard has so much chemical from pool in it....nothing grows there.
The place doesn't stay warm because of lack of insulation....expect high energy bills. The property managers have no respect for the tenants and push that around. The exterior paint and yard look great...cuz that's all appraisers look at. The old galvanized plumbing has plugged and stained the ceramic tub...and on and on
I feel it's a blessing in disguise....they're good at raising the rent every year....that's about it.
After 20 years of watching my mom deal with the people.....my mom has been nice....I'll be posting a YouTube and Facebook LIVE VIDEO AT SOME POINT.
God created a hell for sneaky people like David and Stephanie who are just Greedy people....plain and simple.

First let me start off by saying the first time I went to see a property by them all the faucets were releasing a black liquid. Yes a BLACK LIQUID. First Red Flag. Then let’s talk about how this place is ran 😬. Unprofessional on how they handle situations. The list goes on.
