Fair and honest review,

When we first started doing business with Preferred Property Management we were a little skeptical based off the reviews. I am here to leave the most honest review for people looking to rent from PPM.

If you’re looking for an abundance of different houses to choose from, then you’re out of luck on that, BUT! If you are looking for a place with a reasonable price for rent then you are in the right place. We stayed in our unit for a little over two years and although there were minor things to deal with that was inconvenient on occasion, it was an enjoyable tenant/management relationship.

The biggest gripe everyone reviews about is not getting a deposit back. I personally was not expecting to get much due to those reviews and I will say I just received mine and we feel it was more than fair for the charges they accounted for. So all I will say is if you pay your rent on time and respect the property you stay at, then you’ll have no issue with PPM. All the ladies working in there have a job to do so obviously their first priority is the property, but they are very nice and we will miss getting to see them. Thank you PPM!

My wife and I have lived in an apartment for 3 years and originally we had a different property management for the first 2 years, first one was great and then when Preferred Property took over it was just as good. Greater people, clean properties, great condition, decent prices for rentals, and the owner is the best thing about all of it. John was the most attentive, helpful, and honest owner I've ever met. All problems were solved in minutes, not days, inspections were simple and easy, and he went above and beyond to help us move.

As long as you pay your bills on time, don't cause any unnecessary problems, and are honest about any situation, they will help you and work with you.

We had the hardest time finding a place while living out of state. Every management company took forever to get back to us but not PPM. They were super fast at getting back to me and always updated me throughout our application process. They were very easy to communicate with and all staff my husband and i came in contact with were VERY sweet and kind and helpful. Answered any questions we had. I would recommend PPM for any future tenants. They work with you from the start. Glad and happy we got into the beautiful home when we did. Thanks PPM!

I have been renting from this company for about three years, and I've had an exceptional experience. All the staff that I've encountered are very kind, caring, and pleasant. They've always been approachable and available for any questions, concerns, or issues that I need dealt with. Everything is always addressed immediately or within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property management to friends and family.

I wish I could give them zero stars but I had to leave this review so you guys can see Do not rent property from these landowners my apartment was infested with roaches for about a year now and they continue to not do anything and let me suffer how to move me and my toddler out and find a place quickly because our food was spoiled all the time and cockroaches were crawling all over the apartment complex. A pest guy came twice and stated that they don’t have enough money to fix the problem. Assuming that a property manager would have a lot of properties that they would treat their tenants a little bit better but they don’t they’re absolutely ridiculous they charged to charge me two days of rent when I was out of the apartment complex already. Do not rent from these landowners they are absolute ridiculous and try to take your money in every single way avoid them and they don’t care about any roach problems so if you want to be overcharged and live in a cockroach infested apartment complex or house then be my guest and rent from them

I have rented from Lisa for years and she is a kind and caring person who will give you a chance and as long as you treat her right and you are honest she will respect you. She works hard making sure that people are happy and taken care of. She has a great staff, they are kind helpful, and professional. I had read about the office manager's reputation on various social media sites. The comments were negative regarding how she treated people. I ended up having the exact type of experience myself with her. She was rude and unprofessional. When I inquired about why I was denied, she replied to my email with 2 incomplete sentences which I did not understand. When I asked for clarification, she was short and rude with her reply. She stated they did not accept pets in the property, when I know for a fact the tenant that just moved out had a pet and a current tenant stated they were told they could have a pet if they paid a deposit. I emailed to inquire about another available property, still on the site now, and never received a response. Future tenants BEWARE!

i applied to two places and never heard from them. i called numerous times asking if i could get an update on my application and they said the exact same thing everytime. “Yes i see you’re in the line up so we will get to you when we do” and then i always ask how long do they think that will be and again…. the same thing every time. “i’m not sure we can only go through 2-3 applications a day”. it’s almost four months later still no response or anything. don’t even apply.

Go up
