We are deeply grateful to the entire Premier team for turning our dream home into a reality. After spending over two years meeting with various builders, we knew we needed two core qualities: honesty and integrity. With Premier, we found both in abundance. From the very beginning, Kevin, Clayton, and the entire team were transparent, approachable, and genuinely committed to the success of our project. Their care for our home and their unwavering commitment to quality and doing things the right way stood out from the start.

Not only did Premier stay within our budget, but they also exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. Kevin and his team consistently impressed us with their balance of time management and craftsmanship, ensuring the project was completed on schedule without ever compromising on quality. Kevin Acker is a wonderful and honest builder! Not only are his homes stunning beyond compare, he treats every homeowner of his builds (original or otherwise) like family. We were second owners of one of his properties and he still tended to an issue we had for a 2 yr old home. When we sold our home a few months ago, he came to check things out and speak with the new home owners to answer questions. He told me that his builds are important to him and he will always maintain relationships with the homes regardless of age or ownership, which he definitely does. If we still lived in WI we would certainly build with him and his team, and I highly recommend you do as well! You don’t find ethical builders like Premier often.

The house came in within budget, on time (early actually), and is everything we wanted.

Yes, there were some headaches along the way which is probably common for a life event purchase such as this. The communication definitely could be improved. When you're in the situation, you're all fired up but looking back at it now that it's done, I'm very happy with how it all turned out.

Overall, I would recommend Premier to anyone and would build with them again.

PS - so far the warranty team has been great. We had a few minor things to fix (as is true with any new build). They have been responsive and communication has been pretty good (always room for improvement on the communication side though).

We built a lake house with Premier and had a wonderful experience. When other builders couldn't be bothered to meet with us, Kevin and Clayton met with us a few days after reaching out and we were working with an architect within a week to design our dream home. We had a bit of a time crunch and Kevin helped us the whole way and made sure we got in on time. Barb was our designer and made sure we picked high quality options and color schemes that are timelines. The whole process was a lot of fun and we feel like we got everything we wanted. We're so happy we went with Premier Builders!

We’ve had issues with our garage entry door closing properly since we moved into our house a year ago. Although it was built two years ago and no longer under warranty, I decided to call the builders to see if they could help me with this issue. Someone was able to come within a few days and fixed it free of charge. I am so grateful for his time and wish I had called sooner!

I'm understanding what so many people have written about Premier Builders. NO FOLLOW UP WITH ANYTHING AFTER THEY'VE BEEN PAID! 6 months in our house and they're already blowing us off for warranty issues! Chunks of cement in our garage came out while I was sweeping. This shouldn't have happened, but they told us to wait until next year to have it fixed. UNACCEPTABLE. It's true that you should hold money back in escrow until everything is done on your list.
