Absolutely useless organization, they are substandard in every metric imaginable. We're going to have a conversation with the home owners to actually have them replaced with another HOA management company. Staff is not friendly and has a really bad attitude and demeanor. They almost never respond to phone calls, and respond to their emails super late, and when they do, their conveyed information is unless. Just a whole bunch of office deadbeats idling all day and milking our funds. Anything positive you read here is fake and it's written by their friends and family.

This agency offers horrible service. I am partially handicapped. Lost my gate controller. Have been working all week to get one. No progress. Our street is being re tarred so there is no parking near by. I was offered an old one that "should" be Wory told them yes please send it overnight, they said they would. It is still not here. I am at my wits end.

Bad service. Bad quality. Bad value. Sue Barnett is condescending and dismissive to homeowners. She refuses to take accountability. It takes her weeks to reply to emails and voicemails. Sometimes she does not reply at all. Our board is in serious need of help, and they are not getting it from Premier Community Services. Our community property and finances continue to be in shambles.

Our Home Owners Association has been blessed with having Premier Community Services and Sue Barnett as our HOA property manager over a year now. Their professionalism and respectful attitude makes them a pleasure to deal with.They always respond to inquiries within a day and have taken care of our long past due needs in a timely manner. They are truly Proactive rather than Reactive. They are a family business which means everyone there is invested in doing a good job and they work well together. We were blessed to find them, lucky enough to choose to interview them along with several others and still very happy with our choice to contract with them as they are the best in San Diego! It isn't just the HOA board that's happy; the residents continually comment on how happy they are with the new management and outcomes of their service & timely responses! PCS signed up many of our homeowners on an email notification list which brought down our cost of postage. They have a good accounting system in place and their statements are always on point. We haven't had any negative experiences working with them since November 2016. Sue is very knowledgeable and highly experienced. She handled the transition from the old management to PCS with success and it was no simple task considering our circumstances. Sue leads meetings efficiently. She advises and effectively highlights pros and cons for every solution but also allows the board to make decisions for the community without pressuring which makes every meeting with them a pleasure. Thank you so much for the work you do, it is greatly appreciated!
