I worked with Brandon when I was moving to the area straight from Virginia after some military training. He was very helpful in the process and explained everything to me, why we would do certain things, why we wouldn’t, what places would be good for me etc. I was very open and honest with him about my budget and goals and he helped me find the perfect place. Since I was not in the area, he FaceTimed me when looking at houses, telling/showing me things that were wrong or good about the houses and was present during the inspection and had my best interests throughout the entire process. I was on a short timeline as well and he helped me secure a property in about a months time. Ultimately Brandon was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy their first property and/or investment property.

Fine with the real estate transaction, but a headache with everything else. We lived out of state so we were relying on Brandon for a few things we couldn't do just because we lived so far away. The 1st home we put an offer on the inspector immediately noticed a large crack in the foundation that Brandon missed when checking out the home for us. We would have never put an offer down if we had known about the foundation crack. It ended up costing us more money in the end before we had to back out due to cost of repairs. We had issues with every single service person he recommended to us. The fence people tore down a portion of the fence they were not supposed to, costing us more money to put back up. Another handyman he recommended made a horrible construction mess of our entire home. Brandon had reassured us the whole time that he would be there at the home to make sure they are doing xyz as being paid to do. When I asked Brandon if he did not see the (obvious) mess the handyman left his response was "I mean, I didn't quality control". Yeah, so him reassuring us the price included clean up was just to make us happy I guess. So his reassurances ended up being nothing serious. Also the cleaning person he recommended showed up without confirming anything with us and ended up leaving a nasty voicemail for me that we should have told them we didn't want the service done. We did know that us being out of state he would be going above and beyond for us with the home buying process, which I tried to show my appreciation for through out the whole process. But I felt really let down when everything he reassured us of did not happen. We have spent thousands of dollars fixing things that were supposed to happen, that Brandon assured us was happening, that didn't happen and we got a lovely surprise when our whole fam showed up to our new home. This is not the first time we have bought a home while living out of state and having to do very similar things as this. We didn't realize how lucky we were to have the past real estate agents making it an easier process on us in the past.

Brandon helped my family and I locate a hope that suited the 3 of us in an area we were really hoping to be in. He showed us homes that pertained to our needs and was able to find something that had a lot of our wants as well. He didn't overwhelm us with a hundred homes to choose from which was nice. I didn't feel like i was on a car lot going through each model, then trim and then color like a production line. I could tell he understood where my wife and i were going with our conversations and he was able to project that in the choices of homes he presented us with. He never tried pushing us into a certain house if we didn't care much for it. He always remained positive and active in our endeavors and in the end it was well worth it. I had an amazing experience over the 2, almost 3 month time period with Brandon and the Team from NW Real Estate. They made home buying a pleasurable experience when everyone i know always told me how stressful it was to buy a home.
