Three times we had our home on the market, two different agents and FSBO. We gave up for a year or two. Our son had a similar experience. He found Mindy at Premiere, and was under Contract in no time! He pointed her our way, and after she prepared us, our home was under Contract in 10 DAYS! She did all possible to help us thru Closing issues and made it as painless as possible! WE CAN'T RECOMMEND MINDY MORE HIGHLY. THANK YOU, GUYS!

Both the Tennessee Residential Property Disclosure Act and the Tennessee Real Estate Broker License Act require a real estate agent to disclose facts of which the agent has actual knowledge or NOTICE. Several stair step cracks in a brick foundation, many cracks in the drywall, and interior stairs pulling away from the wall were all made aware to an agent working for this agency during an open house. We were told later that evening by the agent that a structural engineer previously determined that these were cosmetic issues and we would be given a copy of the engineer’s report the next day. When it came time to pick up the report the following day, the agent then admitted that there had not been a structural engineer’s examination and there was no report. However, we were told that a brickmason was called to come fix the appearance of the exterior bricks. Fixing the appearance of the exterior bricks does not fix what could and most likely is a major foundation issue with this house. Failing to disclose a property’s potential problematic defect and misleading clients by claiming there is a structural engineer’s report on the defects is morally and ethically wrong. A single lie destroys a reputation of integrity.
