My HOA dues and fellow neighbors pay PPM to work for us. However, they think we work for them. They are not helpful, rude, and stand offish. They go out of their way to give you the run around and not do their job.

I was awarded the job to paint 70 mailboxes in a neighborhood for this company PPM. My Dad and I have been painters for many years. The property manager was the one doing all the talking about how she did not like the job and was not going to pay. The mailboxes look beautiful and we received so many compliments from residents. The property management company has decided not to pay. They do not have a website and have stopped taking my calls. I had to call from different number. I would not get anywhere near this 'company' ha. The reviews say they screw people and I should've read them before doing business with them. A court will decide this outcome.

My HOA utilizes this company and what joke. They eat the largest portion of our HOA budget and for what? They have the power of a gnat when it comes to actually enforcing anything. They are so antiquated they do not even offer a way for you to pay your dues electronically and don't try to get a straight answer out of them as you will not. Horrible service

There is obviously a kick back deal with the Neighborhood Association and this company. Their services are the largest part of our neighborhoods budget, and all they seem to do is harass a select few in the neighborhood over incorrect information. Please avoid!
