Diana is the property manager for this property. There is a great deal of rudeness and unprofessional behavior on her part. I have tried explaining my problem to her twice, but she will not listen to me. She even hung up on me twice. This is shameful.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Diana & PAM for 2 years. We had a difficult need to fulfill on very short notice because our property management company was closing their doors & through an unfortunate series of events, we had less than 30 days notice. Board members researched & inquired via emails & phone calls on a Saturday. Diana called us back within the hour, took time to assess our needs, tackled our needs with a short timetable & rates were beyond reasonable. She responds super fast & just as 2 years ago, often at unexpected hours offering expertise, excellent referrals for competent, fair contractors, patience, & lots of support. Karen is also excellent to work with as a knowledgeable financial specialist who has customized reports to our specific needs.

I previously wrote a bad review (it has been deleted) because I couldn't get a hold Diane. I deleted my review because after talking to her, she was super helpful. She usually gets off work at 4:30, I called at 5:00 pm after-hours, and she answered and spent over an hour on the phone with me. She didn't even mention that it was after hours, I saw her hours on Google maps. I really appreciate that she took the time from her personal time to deal with all the questions I had. Excellent customer service! I'd give them 10 stars of I could. Really great property management.

Had really positive and friendly interactions with them, and they were very responsive and on top of things, and very impressed with what I’ve seen thus far I look forward to working with them and interacting with them in the future
