This company is a total sham! They operate with chaos, incompetence, and complete disregard for ethics. Beware! I wouldn't dare entrust them with my property, nor would I ever consider renting from them. Despite the owners wanting tenants gone, they shamelessly took full payment for the month, which allowed the tenants to stay and of course upset the owner who wanted to sell the property. Meanwhile, John, in a desperate attempt to claw back his losses, gouged them with outrageous charges for trivial wear-and-tear issues like a missing door screw or marks on the garage door. In a situation like this nobody emerges victorious. Their blatant ethical failures will surely lead to a barrage of lawsuits. and judging from previous comments you can see a clear pattern of deceit. Stay clear!

I rented an apartment in San Jose for 4 years managed by Presidential and my experience with the team has never been anything less than exceptional. I mostly corresponded with Brad during my time there, and he consistently displayed professionalism and efficiency that made every process easier. Rent was very reasonable and barely raised during my time there. When roommates moved in/out, the process was seamless. Any time we had any issues around the property, the team was responsive and fixed were made promptly. I really appreciate all their hard work and I would rent through them again in a heartbeat!

John rented me a luxury home for a year. Unfortunately for me, the owners chose to sell it or I’d still be living there.

During the move-in, time living in property, and move-out process, John provided boutique level services and handled any and all maintenance concerns within 12-24 hours. He has a large team of individuals at his disposal to handle any and all home needs. The listings may be slightly higher than average, but this is due to the stellar services you get. In this instance, you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend John for managing your rental, and for renting a property.

I was interested in renting an apartment, but was quoted one price and I didn’t mind paying it, but then they asked for more because they furnished it! I already had new furniture! Then they said that you had to have a 650 credit score! I have been in the same apartment for over 10 years and have never had any issues with late payments and even had a reference letter from my current landlord.

I rented with Presidential Real Estate for over a year and I absolutely loved my experience working with them.
The staff was very responsive to any inquiries or concerns I had, which made me feel valued as a resident. They would even pick up my packages from the front porch and bring them to my door so they were safe. This company has a great staff all of whom I would rate more than five stars if I could!!

I've unfortunately had to continue dealing with this management company. Bay Area rent prices are obviously out of control. However a little background:
Brad Abbott has been such a horrible unpleasant person to deal with.
Since moving into these apartments we've been having MOLD problems however Brad a worker here and part time mold expert has claimed to know it's not MOLD it's the "building shifting" it's part of something that happens to every old building in every bathroom. I've rented apartments almost my whole life and have never heard such stupidity come out of one's mouth. He's one of the most unpleasant workers to deal with his attitude is unacceptable, unprofessional, and makes one feel uncomfortable in their own home. I've had this mold issue for the past year and this company has done NOTHING about it. Everyone in this office is unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with please if you can rent elsewhere.
