My job has me move around... a lot. I have lived in many places in the past ten years, and what I can say with certainty is this is the best place I have lived. I'm a person that enjoys quiet since my work is very noisy. I rented a townhome in December of last year and I can say not a single time have I heard my neighbors. The home was perfect when I moved in, the staff was incredibly nice, the grounds are well maintained, and it is very peaceful here. I like this place so much that I declined a move from my company just because I finally like where I live.

Coming from someone that has moved all over the country, thank you for making me feel like I have a home finally.

Old- I am a new resident, and I am very pleased with our new home at Presidio. We rented sight unseen from Texas. When we arrived, the apartment was so clean it looked like a new build. The staff have all been very knowledgeable and attentive, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. I would highly recommend this community for folks moving to the area.

I moved here from Florida the beginning of May. I told the lady in the office I would be here around 4 to get my keys. I didn’t get here till around 6 and she was there to meet me with a smile and kind words. The townhouse was very clean and smelled good. The neighborhood is clean and well kept. I’ve asked the lady in the office so many questions and she is always kind and will respond within minutes. . I love living here it feels like home.

Very quiet nice place to live. I feel very safe living there with my two kids. They have amazing amenities. The management and maintenance team are very helpful and polite. The only thing I would change is I would like for the air to be a playground for the smaller children other than that it is absolutely perfect.

Shady. My partner and I applied, paid the 100.00, then were told both applicants need to make 3x the rent individually, so basically 6x the rent for a townhouse. They do not combine incomes. Also, they allow multiple applicants for the same unit. Buyer beware.

Presidio offers many amenities for many age groups. the management is very polite, professional, and supportive. Structures are new and safe. The gated community makes me feel like it is a very safe place for myself and my family to live,

We have just moved in here but so far we love it! Exceptionally clean, very well designed living space in what seems to be a safe community. The natural surroundings & landscaping are beautiful. The properties are obviously well maintained & Anna, Debbie & the rest of the staff have been so helpful & respond quickly to any issues. We really like it here.
