We've been here since June 1st and not only is the apartment amazing, but the management and maintenance staff are GREAT. Super fast to respond and get things done. I love it! They answered all of my questions prior to moving in as well as my countless questions after and I very much appreciate the communication. I know that's a big issue at almost every other apartment complex. Grounds a nice looking as well!

we've been here about 5 months and we really appreciate the place! The front office staff is great. Jahnelle really took care of us from the moment we stepped in for a walk in tour on a saturday to today and I'm sure beyond. She makes sure that the process is seamless and always was very patient and kind when answering questions. Megan is very nice and helpful also and is one that is hands on with her team and the residents.

Lived here for almost 3 years. It’s a very safe apt complex. The manager and rental office staff are very nice and love dogs. If you go to the office, they will give your pup a treat if you are a resident. The maintinence staff is also excellent.

I moved in about 6 weeks ago and love the complex so much!
My move in experience with Jahnelle was nice and smooth.
My little dog/escape artist got out of my yard this weekend and the management office quickly sent out a message to the complex to keep an eye out for her. Jahnelle even spotted her and called us as quickly as possible and she made it home safely!

I'm really happy to call Presidio home!

Been here a little over 2 years. The staff has been great. I am not fond of the parking charge but it is what it is. The grounds are generally clean. Not noisy. A lot of military, which means most of the people are well mannered. Overall, very nice place to call my home away from home.

been living here all my life seen alot of growth here as well, especially when it comes to management . Jahnelle is a great worker and cheerful. great communication as always and helpful when i need help at the rental office. love the work ethic of her and everyone else

My move in experience was seamless, Jahnelle at the leasing office made it a great experience. She was communicative from the begging of the process and made sure I had everything I needed in order to make my move in possible. I was on a tight time frame, that did not interfere with my moving in due to Jahnelles service. Not only in order to move but also after moving in, Jahnelle has been amazing since day 1.

Apartments look pretty but it’s mostly cheap cosmetic work so they can charge more.
Paint peeled up in all the cabinets and would stain our items, oil separated from the bathroom paint when the shower was turned on, spiders/insects were everywhere, and overall the space just felt old.
Also was told to pay for parking halfway through the lease and if we didn’t want to and there wasn’t enough parking we could park on the streets.
Also had a friend live here who had a homeless person break into their apartment before they moved in. Management basically told them they didn’t have any responsibility and it wasn’t housings problem. So my friend had to clean up someone else’s cigarette butts and piss bottle in order to move in. Classy.
