By far the worst company to rent a home from. We lived at the Park Ave townhomes as the first renters of the property. After a few months multiple things started breaking and the company would never answer or respond until we threatened to get our lawyers involved. Our AC went out so when they finally sent someone to fix it, they said whoever built the property cut major corners and were not sure how it passed inspection. Next our dishwasher broke and it took them so long to respond, we just paid for it out of our pocket. Next the dryer went out and once again had to threaten legal action. That was a saga in itself. They came to fix dryer, couldn’t do it so we had to wait for a new one to come in. Once it arrived only one worker showed up and he said he didn’t realize it was on the 3rd floor so he had to schedule to come back with additional help. We lived there for 4 years and upon leaving we were left with a non working microwave, only one burner on the stove working, black mold in the master bedroom, had to replace our own air filters, etc. Now that we have moved to a much better and safer place we will be taking legal action because we realize that our renters rights were significantly violated. I would not move here. No amenities, gate doesn’t work most of the time, crime is crazy in that area and the only time you’ll ever here from them is if they want money. So happy to be out of there.

This company is by far the worst company you can ever rent a home from. They are completely unprofessional and will not help you out a single bit once you sign for your rental. They tell you all these great things about how help they are and how fast issues that arise will be fixed. However they will not fix a single thing for you! You will have to constantly ask ask ask and still nothing. I recommend anyone looking at renting any property or purchasing any property from them to truly save your time and money and look for someone who cares about you and your family’s well being unlike this company
