I have lived in the back corner of Olympia crest for a little over 10 years now. And for the most part, I have enjoyed living here. 🙂 However, over the past four years, walking up to my front door has become more and more of an eyesore.

Four years ago the siding on our building was replaced and soon after, all of the grass started to die (the large equipment killed it). I have tried buying grass seed several times over the years but the lawn crew blows it away with their backpack blower everytime I put it down. I also tried asking management to please inform the lawn crew not to use their backpack blower but the grass seed was still gone when I got home from work. The last time I bought grass seed, I tried giving it to the maintenance crew. However she told me to keep my bag and she would talk to management. That was over a year ago and all we have is mud and rocks in our front yard.

And to top if off, lately the lawn crew has been using our back corner as a dumping ground. Everything from large branches, grass shaving, leaves, and even trash is in a giant pile.

When I first moved into Olympia crest the one thing I LOVED about living here was how pretty everything was! Now all we have is mud, rocks and a giant pile of yard waste that gets bigger with every storm. 😒

Kya Montgomery at the Olympia Crest Apartments is a good, likable, person. Very professional and knowledgeable as the assistant manager. She will be good at anything she sets out to do, whether it be a different career or assistant manager someplace else, the person who hires her is going to be very lucky to have her on his or her team. Never had a bad experience! LaDorna has been more than accommodating. She answers my texts, calls, emails so quickly. Anytime I have an issue or question she always has an answer and or fixes the problem. I’ve had a lot of landlords over the years, but she’s hands down the best!!!

I have been a tenant of Prime Locations for just under a year with Kya Montgomery as the assistant manager of the location where I live.
Kya was always very professional, sweet and kind.
I never really had any significant issues with my apartment but when I did Kya always made sure it was handled in the swiftest of manners.
I hear that our complex is losing Kya as an assistant manager and that makes me sad. Wherever she chooses to land I am certain that she will flourish there and help make another place a GREAT place to live.
Thank you Kya for everything you have done for our complex! You will be missed!
