Lead us up garden path offered to help us then after weeks renaged all about the money not about helping family's if your disabled or have disabled kids do not deal with this company they don't care promise you world and will screw you over if was zero stars I would give it that

I’ve never been so disgusted with a company, and their management. Chanelle at Principal Investment Let’s has managed a property that has flooded us 5 times in 6 months. Her war cry every time is ‘go through your insurance!’ , taking absolutely no ownership or responsibility for the issue. She allows her properties to be lived in, in total squalor, she avoids calls when emergency situations are underway, please whatever you do, do not trust this incompetent individual to manage your property.

Been in my new house just over 3 months and any time there is a problem it gets resolved first time I have delt with an egancy for property I have been in the past so was very nervous but not disappointed as I said they get to the problems as quick as they can
