Jason Taylor was an excellent property manager for the first two years we worked with him in regards to a rental property. However, when it came time to renew our lease yet again, communication came to a stand still. Within two months we were to be evicted as the owner was more interested in selling the property than renting it to us, I'm assuming because of the myriad of plumbing/sewage disasters after heavy snows or hard rains.

Luckily for us we were able to find a property that wasn't under constant maintenance. Tread with caution should you find yourself in a similar situation, otherwise I'm sure working with Jason would be just fine.

If you've made it this far, I cannot recommend 509 Ross Ave. to anyone without the funds to tackle its numerous problems.

They did great getting is into a rental. Then the new owners changed a lot of stuff that we had agreed on in the lease we actually signed... But I have to give Jason Taylor credit. When our roof leaked and water came through our daughters ceiling, he got on repairs right away and discounted or rent that month. I didn't have much faith in their performance at first... Then they proved me wrong and really stepped up. Thank you Jason. Great job.

Extremely poor experience renting from Priority. Do not expect to get your deposit back if you rent from this company. Even after hiring a professional carpet cleaner they still charged us nearly 500 dollars in combined paint touch up and cleaning fees. Which would have been understandable if the damage or cleaning had been egregious, but it included things such as scrubbing the top of the fridge and fixing paint that was damaged already when we moved in.
Had to call and stop by a combined 4 times after moving out over a 6 week period before finally hearing back from the staff with their reasoning why the returned deposit was so low.
We were understanding with all the construction that went on while living there, even with the window they missed while replacing them in our unit. But our interactions with this company after moving out have been disappointing.

I highly recommend priority property management if your looking for your next place to live. Very friendly professional staff. Maintenance team is awesome. Properties are always clean and ready to go. Jason is indeed the best landlord I’ve ever had. The entire team is amazing!

We had been working with one of the staff members. She did great, she showed us a couple homes. The one we decided on, we were told we were the only ones applying and we just had to put a deposit down to hold the home for 30 days. We were in contact with her this entire time. We did the application within a couple days, and paid the app fee. We didn't hear anything for a few days, so we contacted them and were told the manager was out of town to approve the app. Another week goes by, still no response or opportunity to put a deposit down. Finally, 2 weeks later, I messaged the lady, she said "oh sorry we went with another applicant." Quite in shock, for the fact that we were told there should be no problem with us getting the house, since we were the only applicant. I don't think I will be working with this company again. If you have the morals to just pull the rug out from under someone without even informing them of what the situation is, that's just not someone I would trust working with. Very shady.

About a year ago Jason Taylor helped us find a house that would work for us especially coming from out of town. We told him what we were looking for and he found the perfect house for us. Every time I text him he’s very quick to respond and very quick to get maintenance out to take a look at our problems And keeps us up-to-date if we need a part in how long it’s going to take to come in. thank you so much Jason for all your help.

Hands down the best rental experience I have ever had. Great team to work with. Super quick and easy application process. Homes were in great shape and had a very fair rental price. Being able to pay rent online made everything a breeze! Thank you so much for great service!
